Yes, mostly because its a highly entertaining run with the flawless fighting. Especially if you are a DB fan. Unless someone comes up with some revolutionary new path or bug abuse I don't see this being improved by much more than nitpickery.

That was nice so far, like how you get some nice fast xp. A request, whenever you post an update, please include a savestate. For those of you who experience desynchs, make sure that your buttonconfiguration is the exact same. With 2 player 6 button I experienced desynch at Igglanova. put it to 3 button, no problems

First of all N64 emulation must be majorly improved on both quality and speed. (Speed will be improved with better computers of course) Another issue is that most N64 emulators use plugins, and these plugins may not be interchangeable/compatible when it comes to playing back a movie. (So all movies must be played back with the exact same plugins to avoid desync) N64 Rerecording is being looked at but it is not yet worth the effort, atleast thats the general census.

Then they can eat eachothers and produce new babies! They are self-regulating!

Wat (water) techniques takes the sandworms *very* fast. Water combos are highly effective, especially ice storm (water + wind, watfui), and can be performed early. Then again its like ages since I played this game so I may be wrong :P

DivX6 cannot match h264 for game videos. DivX6 does not support frame dropping, which is heavily abused with h264.

Just watched all 3. Talking was just waste of time. Slow too. I could still read everything on fastest, and if it makes it into .avi form you can still play that part slow or even pause at specific frames to read it. I really hope you have the willpower and time to finish this run :)

Yes, you could also make subtitles for your movie, explaining what is going on. Bisqwit can encode subtitles into the final movie when he renders it :P But I'm really looking forward to this game being done fast, as its probably the only RPG besides FF3j for SNES that I've liked.

no coincidence, you both found the magic framenumber where you start your run for the optimal randomness.

Ouzu, you should just start from the beginning and do the entire game, you seem to have good control of this :)

Your PRNG is same as MAKE_SEED btw. Yes, now that I know where the cmp/bgt branches to, it has a minimum of 0x10. So basically all that needs to be done now, is make a calculator built into the emulator that handles this for every frame you play, and tells you what random value you would receive that frame (at the final cmp r4,r5).. :P
