Correct me if I'm wrong..but aren't Barrel Rolls only beneficial if you let go of A while you do them?

I'm not against TT TASs at all. I don't think they'd be as entertaining as GP, but TT could -possibly- come up with new routes for TT runners.

And anyway, it doesn't matter if you are able to open the door, it matters if the area is loaded. You can only load the area by opening the door. It's too bad this game isn't like SM64DS, where if you get into a BRoD the area loads. =/

Which would result in the basement not loading, still useless. =/

It wasn't all that hard for me to unlock T.T. And when I got him, I was little, and I was so used to Pipsy's controls that I immediately thought T.T. was horrible. >_>

Wow, comincalflop. I just watched your first LR TAS, and was absolutely amazed. And now I hear you are making it BETTER? I am completely in awe of you, sir. Good luck with all runs you are working on. :)

I think that's because Mario has to somehow shake off all the backward momentum he has stored up. If you BLJ for a bit like that, you might find it hard to turn around too. :) WHOA. Your swimming is so good in this movie! You get to the Plunder in the Sunken Ship star before you can even get the star! This WIP took a while to make, but I think it was worth it.

Can someone help me? I saw that Guanos WIP includes a .st1 and .m64.. St1 is save state, and .m64 is the movie. But how can i watch from the save state?
First, load Mupen and the RoM. Open up the movie. Now, go to Utilities>Movie>Toggle Read-Only. Then go to Run>Load As and find the savestate file. It should now play from the savestate.

The WIP worked for me, except when you got into the Spirit Temple, I am not sure what you were trying to do there, but for me, he goes all around the first room doing random things..

That would look super cool if you could do it. I can't test it though, I don't really know how to use Mupen, and I don't have a controller to USB adaptor.

MRZ, are you using a controller in your USB, or are you using a keyboard? Just wondering.

No, NTSC (I have no idea if that's the right abbreviation) plays on 20-25 FPS. The 60 you are thinking of is the VI/s.

http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/TheFrigz/screen01.jpg Could we use these in sort of a sideways motion?

You know that place near the Bowser door where you have a steep slope and a translucent wall that keeps most players from jumping up it? Could you use the corner of the transparent wall as an artificial low ceiling for BLJ? If so...
That's a good idea, it'd be like the dry pipe BLJ.

Is that mini set of stairs in the basement room with the 30 star door BLJ'able? Maybe some kind of sideways BLJ, much like what was used to get into JRB could be used? IDK if this is reasonable, just throwing out ideas.
