What a great way to start off this morning! Yes vote. I also think that this TAS deserves to be in Stars as well.

I have several Game Boy Color ROMs that refuse to load in BizHawk 1.11.5 (yeah, screw me for not updating the emulator), and they are: - Just about anything published by Rocket Games (all unlicensed) - Net de Get: Minigame @ 100 - Painter (unlicensed; I don't know the region of this one) Why they don't run is beyond me. Maybe one of these ROMs uses an addon or two that the Gambatte core doesn't support? Or maybe Gambatte doesn't like some of these games? Who knows? Oh, and there's apparently a bug running around in the GBC version of Wario Land II--the game has a habit of freezing every now and then when you're jumping around on top of the train in two levels.

I just got back from school at around 2:15 PM, and nope, I still can't see the modules. I'm going to try restarting Firefox after I've posted this message; hopefully this'll fix the problem I'm having. EDIT: Nope, it didn't. I think this problem is stemming from my computer. EDIT AGAIN: Actually, I think I found the culprit--the viewing modules are missing the images that let you watch a TAS' YouTube, Archive.org, etc. encode without having to visit any of those sites beforehand. EDIT ONE LAST TIME: And the images were missing because, apparently, I didn't restart my computer in awhile.

Why are all of the archive.org, YouTube, etc. modules missing from the publications on this site? I wanted to pull up a YouTube encode of any of the TASes on this site because my computer's resolution somehow broke itself overnight, but I can't for some reason because the button that pulls up the YouTube encode without having to visit that site itself is missing.

Alas, poor #5200: itsPersonnal's GC Metroid Prime in 54:33.58. Nobody, not even the author, could get you to sync, but you definitely deserve a spot on Gruefood Delight. Oops, looks like I wasn't looking at the Gruefood Delight page.

Thank you, I will take this into consideration. You bring up a lot of good points here
I highly appreciate it. I'm also considering if Forstride, someone that can speedrun this game, is interested in giving us a helping hand with this.

The moment you started to achieve flight on Mute City was when you made me give this run a yes vote. Also, now I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the other cups getting TASed someday. Hopefully they'll be as mind-blowing as this run is.

Samsara, have you made any progress on the run? I haven't seen anyone contribute anything to this since you last posted here in 2015. Perhaps you've had to restart all progress on the run, so I have a few suggestions of what you can do if you're willing to do this again: - There needs to be a lot of luck manipulation done so you get the shortest lines of dialogue from the villagers you talk to while doing Tom Nook's chores. Oh, and, during the chores, so you get a table that takes up 2 spaces in your house in order to perform the one glitch that's necessary for an all-debts run. - In this game (and City Folk), every town starts with six villagers, one of each personality. I thought of six villagers with names under 5 letters in length that could live here; they're Bob, Lily, Jay, Gabi, Mint, and Rolf. Unfortunately, some of their catchphrases are a little long (for instance, Jay's "heeeeeyy"), so I've decided on six other villagers whose catchphrases are under 5 letters in length: Amelia ("cuz"), Mitzi ("mew"), Apollo ("pah"), Pinky ("wah"), Biskit ("dawg"), and Ace ("ace"...pfft). Or, as a speed-entertainment tradeoff, there could be a mix of villagers from these two groups or maybe a few other villagers in this game that I'm fond of being in the town, some of those being Snake, Lucy, Astrid, Chief, Filbert, and Bangle. The heavy amount of botting that has to be done to ensure that every one of the villagers from any of these groups, especially the second one, live in the town is the hardest and longest part, and trying to keep the layout that RachelB's WIP got in the process would most likely add on to the amount of time that it'd take for the bot to get the result we want. - Whichever lines of dialogue from Rover take the shortest amount of frames to display, these lines have to be gotten to in the run to ensure the fastest time. Unfortunately, this is all I can do to help, mostly because I'm very inexperienced at TASing with Dolphin due to not having done it before. I'll probably add more suggestions in the future, along with wondering if a run that only does the chores and watches the credits is worthy of publication here. Or maybe one that manages to do as much as possible in the game as quickly as possible. Or even one that does the chores, pays off all of the debts, and then watches the credits. Who knows what will be accepted here?

And to think you submitted this on the same day when I beat this game again! I'll provide my vote after I watch this TAS. EDIT: You certainly made this game look and feel more entertaining than it is to me. You get a yes vote from me.

I actually use the regular Adblock (not Plus) on my main PC because it gives me more options. Would it actually be better to use Plus with Element Hiding Helper?
I haven't seen the regular Adblock yet, but I can assure you ABP with the Element Hiding Helper will be fairly useful.

I'd recommend Firefox, because I've always had beliefs that Google always made things worse when they updated them, especially their browser Chrome. I used to use it often until an update arrived that forced you to click on a Flash video player twice before you could use it, which was quite annoying in and of itself. There's also the time when they removed Java and Unity Web Player support, which I still can't find a solution to that doesn't involve installing another browser. Because of those, I switched to Firefox near the end of 2015. And the addons I use for Firefox?: - Adblock Plus (with Element Hiding Helper so I don't have to bother with text ads and other things I don't like seeing which vanilla ABP can't block) - Emoji Cheatsheet - FoxReplace (I mainly use this in a vain attempt to fix grammatical errors in text as well as replace former names of tropes with their current names) - Global Twitch Emotes (I use this sparingly) - I used to have an addon that'd unblock YouTube videos automatically, but it got removed due to "security and performance issues" probably coming from someone who either didn't like the addon or wanted it off Firefox so no fun can be allowed on YouTube. I tried many other alternatives to this addon, but they either didn't work or required me to make an account for some of them. Needless to say, I was quite angry at this.

I prefer "input file", as it's short enough and gets the gist across easily.

Mitsurugi uses a very slow unblockable attack to KO every fighter, including a clone of himself, in about three minutes. Along the way, you get to see where Voldo and Cervantes, both characters I only know of because of SoulCalibur's existence, originate from. It's funny that Namco developed the SoulCalibur series; heck, they developed Soul Blade, too. And I only know of this game's existence because of an SNES bootleg named after it. With this being said, like with what I had to say about N?K's Mortal Kombat II improvement, I've just about summed up the TAS. Meh vote.

[...]while this run certainly completes a portion of the game, and that portion has an "ending", how do we differ this from kirby super star or megaman battle chip challenge?Their portions must be done as a whole and this doesn't need to. Why can't someone submit a great cave offensive run only, for example?
That reminds me of how two TASes of SaGa Frontier got accepted in 2010, even though these runs both did one chapter each. I'm not sure if Live-A-Live--a more obscure Squaresoft JRPG that also features seven seperate chapters at first to go through--would be treated the same way. And about you mentioning Kirby Super Star--as Mothrayas' comments on this cancelled submission from 2014 say, beating just one part of the game isn't enough to get the run published, as it must beat the entire game.

This game, like many other bootlegs, is an enigma to me. I've seen Joel of Vinesauce play this game before, so I knew what I was expecting from the start. Also, I'm pretty sure the sixth level's music is from Kid Chameleon. Its instruments sounded familiar to me, even if I've never played that game. Anyway, the run. It's interesting to see another unlicensed game get TASed, but I gave this run a meh due to this game being boring in comparison to the real Super Mario World.

I've seen this game before, but I never realized Start and Select can skip levels. Meh vote due to suffering from this quote from me: "once you've seen one part, you've seen the rest."

Has anyone else been having trouble with extracting the dll folder from the .zip's that BizHawk comes in? Because every time I try to drag-and-drop it out of WinRAR, the folder (and/or something in it) seems to already be open in another program when it's not. The only solution I have to this is to extract the contents of the dll folder from the .zip file to where I have stored the rest of BizHawk.

Yay, more crazy skateboarding action! Yes vote. Also, I'm pleased to see that you went through the X-ray scanner in the Airport stage.
