Thanks for the comments, guys. As for the movie itself, I would challenge anyone to improve this movie (timewise) even if it doesn't get published. The only way (I think) to do that would be in level 1. As always with unknown games, I would suggest everyone play the game a little before or after watching the TAS. It may make the movie a little more exciting.

Well, if you think this TAS is boring, you should try playing it normally TheAxeMan is correct -- the game is insanely difficult unassisted, and would easily take hours. Thanks everyone for your input and comments. To restate what I said earlier, I made a run of this game due to its originality and unique style of gameplay. Yes, the movie is long, but there are obviously much longer movies on the site. I wouldn't like the idea of TASing a game just because of its popularity. This game isn't as well known as most, and I felt this site could be better off with a run of this game. I also like the variety within the game. I didn't vote on it, but I'm not a fan of the recently published TMNT II video where the player teleports and attacks foot soldiers at least a thousand times (not really the authors fault for the small amount of possible attacks in that game). This game gives the player a chance to do many different styles of playing within the game, and they all have very different strategies and optimizing techniques. This is in lieu of just doing the same movements/attacks over and over again. I'd think variety trumps obsoleting the same series of titles into the ground again and again as far as it all goes. I agree with getter77 100% there.

>>It's boring to watch a vechile going right all the time with very little of variety. How is this different from the SMB1 timeattacks? The only difference would appear to be the popularity of the games. In SMB1, Mario goes right all the time, as fast as he can, and avoids enemies along the way. >>you slow down often The only slowdowns occur after jumps. The only jumps occur when absolutely necessary. There are no other slowdowns. The levels all start with the car going the slowest speed.

How about a star for this movie? It'd be great for first-timers to watch... It's not completely glitched and the viewer knows what is going on during the whole movie. It's very short and fast paced. It's a game that's fairly popular. It's incredibly entertaining!! (moonwalk dance) I can't vote yet, so instead, I will plea to the powers that be and say "consider a star for Scumtron's Ninja Gaiden II TAS".

I would tend to agree with you guys about parts of the game being a bit slow. (I even stated so in my description). My main reason for doing this game was the fact that I felt this site needed a Golgo 13 run. It was actually one of the games listed in the suggested ideas page. Also, there might be some things that could be better optimized, as kooz said. If that is the case, another author may be able to use this video and see some possible strategies and ideas for improvement. Thank you all for your votes and comments.

Hello -- this is my first submitted movie to this site. It's been missing a Golgo 13 movie for a while now. Your comments and feedback are very welcome and appreciated.

Well, I've turned in my first submission to this site. I've been enjoying the videos here for quite a long time, and I've noticed that there has never been a Golgo 13 movie. http://tasvideos.org/1139S.html Please watch and give me some feedback. I know there are many professionals who could give me plenty of advice on this video.
