I'm guessing you mean "no wall/warp glitching", thanks for the refresher. Anyway, +5 attack against...sundry enemies, Death, Balore, Graham, Julius, Chaos...shouldn't need to save more than a few hits, if you can get the drop quickly, and a few more if it gets its own pause to equip (probably something to avoid) I suppose since you're going No Damage saving e'en a single hit against Graham (2nd form) would save a bundle of time, due to less need of dodging the hands, and in decreasing value, Julius and Balore. If small amounts of attack are mattering against Chaos, then you might consider Demon's Mail (drops from Demon Lord), 3 over Dracula's Tunic, though it is later (Chaotic Realm). On the way, if a slight pause needed to kill/manipulate/equip.

That's definitely not an Iron Golem there. Black Belt's the best physical attack accessory, I suppose, and much earlier than the next best (Satan's Ring isn't it?)- so it might help a little.. What categorys's it going for again?

I just tested about every variation I could think of for the Sky Rune. Lux with Wilme as a partner, no matter what level they are always appear to always get the Sky Rune stolen. Fortunately we don't have to check the altar for the apprentice to have it in their possession, but now we have to manipulate the apprentice somewhere.
E'en going there before dealing with the Patrof apprentice perhaps? Does Remote Control-boy hand it o'er if Lux is dead, or is that the event that doesn't care? Going that way might be required to get quick Sky...but I'm just brainstorming.

*watches error1's encode* It's...so...cute... Well, if Nash can manufacture 1ups to dispense in minigames, he deser'es to get bilked of 'em like that. It was pretty funny watching Punky twitch on the matching game so, and mo'e before the commands were gi'en. *continues watching* [miscellaneouscomments] The iron boots Diggers weigh nothing in pack, again. Wallzips? Temperamental platforms? Quaint lapine fanser'ice?? Obnoxious HUD? Early hopes of nonlinearity and 'heart pieces' dashed...That's a silly 'olleyball costume. Incomprehensible worldmap style? Check. [/miscellaneouscomments] ...Okay, actual gameplay question(s). Does jumping with snowboard SkySurfer equipped up slopes matter? Is it superior/inferior? *checks* you already mentioned flag mistake in Pathgrinder II... How about switching to shoot the flag from [skates/board/chute/pogo]? On second thought, probably loses time... I won't claim to understand that ending. o.o 7.5/8.6 edit: forgot to mention the 99 superfluous li'es-in-platformer = hurrah.

I rather like this way, looks more interesting/difficult than the bat-dash. Though much of the "this is difficult trick made easy" goes away due to the huge quantities of health restores used. Still, I like.

Maybe I missed some detail, but couldn't it have been faster to use the Star Fire as the final hit in the "wall boss" refight? Now you used Comet Flash and it seemed that the three targets got hit in sequence as opposed to the possibility of hitting them simultaneously with Star Fire.
One, I laughed when the mo'ie hit that point. Two, was Phoenix out of the question against Wallboss? It doesn't seem to ha'e been mentioned...

*watches encode d'error1* oh, hey, a 2.5d game! I remember those! And dang does it go by quick. I see those mysterious two hits you're talking about...kind of are a ??? but if una'oidable, okay. Emperor Dragon: Totally not wielding a hammer and sickle this time. Wow. Looks fast, feels fast. The fast nature of scene transitions is a boon and bane, so...9.2/8.5.

Ha![SDC!] Ha! Huh! [SDC!] Not that entertaining for me, e'en with the load times and cutscenes cut out ... High point for me was noticing the first Virus le'el's resemblance to Quick Man's stage, and the demon appearing. 5.5/abstain

A bit more time on the playlist has revealed that the following movies play at double speed in zoomplayer and Media Player Classic, and did not when originally downloaded. http://tasvideos.org/733M.html (Earnest Evans by Ouzo, obsolete) http://tasvideos.org/739M.html (X-Men Mutant Apocalypse by nibelung) http://tasvideos.org/1003M.html (U. N. Squadron by georgexi) Zoomplayer says that they are still claiming to be 60fps, while running at more like 120fps. Similar issues/fixes/thoughts?

Because logging dreams not only preserves the memory, but improves possibility of memory. Should do that more, I get a lot of long remembered dreams. For me, remembering them feels like holding onto a tapestry woven of kite strings- if you don't hold a thread, or enough touching it, it blows out and away, but one thing may recall three others along the line.

Sonic Adventure 2: Metal Harbor. Good music, and good keep-moving potential, keep me coming back to play this one. Sonic Adventure 2: City Escape. Same reasoning. I hated SA2's final rush- the odd ways the rail-switch controls worked frustrated me. Sonic Advance 2's Egg Utopia 2- High speed and great flow, particularly on the special ring route. Most of Vexx (GC). Particularly Tempest Peak Manor, a giant mansion with a bit where you must turn on a game machine and beat a le'el of breakout to achie'e an objecti'e- when the control stick is as large as you are. Environment feels immersive, and you aren't constrained to do goals in any particular order, barring two powerup suits(in the game) and unlocking le'els. Oh, and the difficulty curve is actually good. Story levels of F-Zero GX, particularly the race against Deathborn and Night of Big Blue. Former because it's difficult but possible to beat him (without abusing the rubber-banding), and the course is also against you...and the latter because it's a quite-fun death race with practically no turns to deal with as you kill through the ranks of the Chain Gang, with music that suits. Escape the Reactor story mode from same, simply because you need to get things so close to perfect on the hardest (and this is reasonable, if quite difficult) that you feel accomplishment for pulling it off. Celestial Valley of Kirby Air Ride. Music, and a fair assortment of risk/rewards. Donkey Kong (GB), Worlds 8 and 9 particularly.

NES Mega Man 2 - Wily 1
Megaman 2 is full of good le'els (well, I don't like Wily 2 that much, but it's the only one really) but this takes the cake, and not just for the awesome-among-awesome music. For once, Megaman's warping ability does not actually seem to be causing narrative problems- he actually beams in completely outside the defense perimeter, in rocky waste, if not outside the defended airspace. From there you proceed, under air fire, past a wall to the fenced area where ground traps ha'e been laid, past another wall to the base of the structure itself, and then you climb through some actually fairly reasonable defenses that you need items to pass, to the dark interior...

Hmm. I'm not sure if you're manipulating le'elup stats...and, unless it results in a different crit/miss setup, defend->attack should be faster than attack spam against Pison, as it means you take less damage(One round of high defense in two) while dealing roughly the same(~2x damage when you attack), so you have to heal less, meaning possibly a round of combat saved. Since you mixed them, I'm guessing that you (or the bot) already took this into account/it's not enough to get you an extra hit between heals. I can say there is one glaring flaw that seems to pop out- in those last 1 on 3 battles, you don't end the battle facing the middle one(by killing it last), and it (seems to) take much longer for the game to turn you to the center after the battle than it would if you did in battle. Did you test that? Otherwise, you can almost hear LUX saying... "RANDOM ENCOUNTER? WHAT IS THIS RANDOM ENCOUNTER YOU SPEAK OF?" which is good. "A"? ...hmm. Le'elup texts are one point for short-name.

I thought Jekyll and Hyde was interesting enough to watch all the way through. In a "train wreck" sort of way. Pity he lost "no damage" to what appeared to be a bug.

At some point when I updated codecs, this started running at roughly twice normal, both sound and video. (using Zoomplayer or MPClassic Home Cinema, bundled with CCCP) Zoomplayer claims listed fps = 60.0, actual ~120 Anybody else have this problem?

I also figured out a trick with the towel that will make killing things go much quicker. Taking a page out of Castlevania, the towel will also hit enemies behind you as Spike winds up with it. Unlike Simon Belmont, however, Spike can turn around in mid-swing, which can make the towel count for a second hit! This should make the weight room go much faster than I thought it would.
How many times per swing can you turn around? If you turn around multiple times, will you get more than two hits, or is the game not programmed that way?

What they keep calling "invisible walls" are what I'd guess to be the boundaries of level coordinate space, where the ejection method differs from that of solid objects in that it negates Mario's velocity rather than stopping him.

IT looks fine, but I don't think the super-end-boss by itself is really TAS material.I still want to see a 100%, though For the game(s), I was considering a TAS that wouldn't be based only on speed, but on smooth flowing motion, as spindash-through-walls gets old. Of course, this is based on what was fun to play normally, so it might not be as entertaining as initially guessed. Thoughts?

Yeah, that. It was a toss-up between the exploit in FaXanadu and the craziness of RBI, but Rygar (and a coin toss) said Tom.

I'm not sure about you, but I remember "No" always being a write-in option. But I'll 'vote' for cpadolf anyway. :)
