Is the problem that the run doesn't sync on an A/V sync revision? Or is it that our N64/GC/Wii superjudge is working on a run himself at the moment?
I've tested on natt's latest A/V sync revision (3689S), and it syncs perfectly.

I'm wondering why it hasn't even been claimed in 18 days.
Yeah, is there a reason why its taking a while? No rush or anything, just curious.

Thanks everyone for the support! btw, if i decide to do another run of this, would it be acceptable to do a maximum score run (all platinum medals?) Because in order to do that, you need to start with a save state that has beaten the game on 00 Agent.

There is in the controller config. It wouldn't have mattered though if you used the tas input.
Sorry, i meant there are no in game settings for sensitivity. I used highest sensitivity for the controller input.

You know, i think dolphin doesnt correctly count the number of rerecords. I definitely remember rerecording more than that, although it may have to do with the 4 driving levels which are quite long. All I had to do for some parts was to drive in a straight line.

One thing I was wondering about, did you set the control sensitivity to max? Turning around looked a bit slow.

A question though, at 15:40 the game forces you to hack the keypad since there isn't a computer around which can tell you the actual code. But surely the decryptor told you it, namely 1781. Couldn't you just've used that to get in?
I tried, and when I type it in manually it doesnt open.

Hi guys. This has probably been asked already, but I could not find the answer anywhere. Do I have to put in the credits at the end of a TAS encode on youtube? I ask because a game i'm doing has 10 straight minutes of credits. so if i do need to include them, can i speed them up a bit?

when encoding videos from an emulator (such as dolphin) is it better to use x264vfw lossless, or something like Xvid? I plan on posting an HD encode on Youtube, and in the past i have had trouble with the combination of x264 lossless mode and avi files. things such as discolorations and terrible playback lag.

well, rog suggested that when TASing with Dolphin, you should use the latest current version to prevent desync problems. I originally used 757 to start, and then they came out with 763 which is the latest version. so yeah, I assume most would be using the latest version.

For some reason my movie only syncs with the latest official git build (3.0-763). Anything below 751 makes it desync.

I'd love to have another shot at TASing one or two of those that can be improved. I'll try #19 for now.

well, it was worth a try. I will be posting another for 007 Nightfire, which is more suitable as a speedrun

Yeah I could have. At first I firgured I would be using an unlockable character, but I ended up using a normal character. So yes, It would have been better to use no save file.

The game does not sync correctly if there is no save file. Also, the youtube video is processing right now, it will done as of now in 2 hours because it is HD. And i guess I should explain the goal a little more, the run is more entertainment than speed, but I still tried to get through it quickly. I didnt mean to say there are no glitches. I'm sure there are, but I did not use them.

ah ok, i get it. However, there are a few driving levels in this game that require just driving in a straight line and turning once in a while. during the actually first person shooting levels, I rerecord those all the time.

well, im sort of dissapointed that i am unable to combine my multiple video files without a desync, so i cant submit it here. Would a speedrun of classic or adventure mode be an acceptable movie for this site?

I did post a WIP for this in the new section for them, so if you have the game you could play it back. I will see if I can get a video file up on youtube to link to.
