The grabling hook reminds me of Metroid XD. Otherwise, what games for the NES have some kind of hook.

Me and andrewg were working on this over IRC, and it happened. The flag-stuck glitch IS possible on the console, and here is how. This is my 47th (and counting) video. I eventually used re-recordes to get passed pits and what not, but not for this. Re-records stop after the last cannon. Trust me, I was never good at World 8. That's why the re-recordno is so high. I had trouble at the long pit after the pipe. Alot of trouble. Flag-Stuck Glitch: Real-Time

As for the screenshot, those were nice, Raiscan. I think this one should also be considered: http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j177/SwordlessLink/suggestedscreenshot.png

I never really liked Mega Man. In fact, I hated it. But now, I can't stop watching this run.

My YouTube channel has nothing in particular, just a four minute KNiDL vid. Stupid YouTube won't let me upload my Stafi W1 TAS.

I cannot imagine anybody even hitting the "Meh" button on this run. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Yes vote for me! I think Raiscan's 4th and 5th screenshots are funniest. 4 seems good for a TAS, though.

This is an example of a TAS tha was thought impossible to beat, beaten, and you go to sleep, withthe new one not being there, and then you wake up and it's published. First time this happened to me was 4 days ago with Shinryuu's MM6 run. As with all SMB1 runs, this run freaking rocks! Great job!

One way to tell Brawl is amazing.... I haven't been on the site in two days. Well, I guess that means time to get back to SMAS and Mother 3. Well..... maybe after a couple matches. *zooms away leaving the post still up*

Yeah, Munchlax, Metagross, and Gulpn have been most common for me. Along with Latios (not Latias) and Gardevoir for an odd reason. Final Destination has left me many times saying, "DAMN YOU FOX, SENDING SAKI/GRAY FOX/EXCITEBIKES ON ME!" The only stage i need still is 75m. EDIT: WE FOUND A HIDDEN MICKEY! (the three circled things you find on bars of soap at Walt Disney World) It's at the top-right corner of the Events screen.

I have realized that recently some pages on the site haven't been working due to:

Anybody knows exactly what it means? XD I have no idea. (I know, I'm dumb)

My very first attempt at ever playing a Mega Man game. Now I known that going to Elecman first is.... not good. *WHY?* Magnet Beam, duh. Now I'm addicted on the Mega Man series. (Rockman)

It works. You can't use the ZIP file 1212 - Super Mario Advance 4 - Super Mario Bros. 3 comes in. You have to extract the file first. It will still say "saved data is corrupt" but it will say everything is OK, and go into the game. EDIT: The sav dosen't work for 1212

Hmm. I have been corrected. OK. I'll work on one that goes through 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3.

In 1-3, I had to slow down 10-15 frames, otherwise I would have hit the wall no matter what. Another route avoids this, but my expirements have come out that route is 17 frames SLOWER.

The first video I saw would have to be MUGG's Amazing Mirror run on the GBA. Then, I saw other videos by Bisquit, AngerFist, Soulrivers, Pom, klmz, JXQ, Genisto, Phil, thegreginator, skamastaG, Mukki, eh..... spezzafer, Adebis, nitsuja, AKA, adelikat, Swordless Link, Acmlm, Rikku, GuanoBowl, Fabian, ViPer7, Deign, oh god.... FODA, Baxter, Hanzou, Randil, Warp, and gocha. Yeah. Long list before I joined. The reason I joined was I was IMMEDIATLY amazed by the SMB3-SMAS glitchfest by Genisto. Infact, that's why I'm doing SMB3-SMAS 100%. It's that awesome.

So far, I can't beat at least 101 frames less... but there's no way I'm stopping. there's something I've gotta be doing wrong, but I can't place it.... http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/528739796/boulderdash_1-1_girfanatic501.fcm

Not sure on this, if someone sould confirm it. In SMB I'm working on the -3 ending for the FDS, and I just completely jumped through blocks in 1-2 as if they weren't there! This is probably due to a lack of block detection in the FDS, and it seems to be fixed in SMB2j. The same thing with luck can happen with Koopa's shells and coin blocks.
