According to the criteria, Game Choice is a strong factor for Moon tier; when a run for SA was first shown, there was a big debate on whether a game as ugly as this should be shown on the site in the first place. Because let's be honest, if this were a romhack then nobody would want to see it. We don't have strict criteria for Windows games yet, but if we did then this would be scraping the bottom of the barrel.
It's a decent run though - no objections there.
Maybe he just means that the movie is good. I don't expect this one can be accepted to the moon tier.... So don't care about these details. :-)
