i' d like to know why you keep compare runs which are different in a lot of aspect
Why a run wich contains reset, only one round vs ??!!, different charcaters, is compare to a run with only one character and different goal?
i don't see well what is the utility of go one youtube list bugs, and apply them without any coherence just by reseting the machine after one is done and so on and so on
i prefer to see a combo/bug movie instead
compare what is comparable
and i really don't got the one round fight vs cpu, that's not very fair, unless you aim for spikestuff style run (Instant kill)

Mtvf1 yes i watch it, it's not the kind of playaround i like to see, i did this TAS because is the only entry of the serie that this TASER don't did so well, IMO (all other was so great)

For the bosses fight, it was to show how confused the AI can be sometimes (it can stay for a round doing anything).
£e Nécroyeur : I use the japan bios cause the game is censored in other regions, you need to navigate more in the setting to activate violence, and i usually prefer play neo-geo games in japan.

you need to combo the grab, for exemple with Ralf or clarck A(light punch)to grab...
easy test with Heidern in corner : C(strong punch) to 63214C (storm bringer) / dash storm bringer...

You need to hit before grab... and the timing after is quite permissive (particulary in corner)
If i remember good maximum gauge or red life = no need to hit before grab

The subtitles help understand "invisible" tricks so much...
Fantastic work of patience on this run, you can clearly see that is so "research of perfection"!

edit : ok! i check your run Adam, great skills to dominate a game with such gameplay i don't know why Oswald take 3 hits in phase 2 to start phase3...in my TAS he needs 4...that's why i have him to come down twice

Man, you don't let me enjoy my TAS enough ^^'
First time experiment the fact to get obsoleted (after work a year on it like crazy), kinda frustrating but curious of the improvement.
Those lag controlling was too hard for my skills...and make the run look more fluid and clean.
Some ideas really enjoy me like bomb on 1st helicopter...
Unfortunetly i haven't got much time free to TAS (and when i can, i work on an ACE one) so i can't start an improvement war...even if i'd like to put it under 10min...
(the movie desync for me just before Morden in final mission)

Yep, it is required, you can't ignore it (but you are not forced to accomplish and can let the timer reach zero)
for x2poet, you can't imagine ! no desync, no guru meditation, you also load movie file before the game without crash

Two players mode don't allow boot speed up, so "normally" it can't be faster...but in the fact i'm faster than the previous run if i end input at the dragon defeat like it...
(it will trigger credits anyway)
So yes, this run is slower due to vs fight...

Mr. Kelly R. Flewin, the game itself isn't that boring on original support, in old days i often play it on MVS with a friend, the gameplay is well done like the engine...i like golf and don't find an old gen game that good...

Pareil manette, vu que je suis sur un tas deux players c'est parfait...les directions 1p sur les fleches, 2p sur les boutons , les 2 gachettes de gauche 1P A/B celles de droite pour le 2p, start et select pour les C
C'est une manette à 3e type ps1..;
Par contre Grincevent j'ai jamais reussi à mapper le frame advance sur la manette helas...
(puis j'ai pas le choix mon clavier refuse d'appuyer trop de touches en meme temps)

I edit the submission text...
I was abble to do this 2 shots improvment by picking Almeida (the powerfull character of the game) and score 2 holes in one instead of eagle (more driving distance)
The rest is pretty like the old run
