I'd like to admit that I think it's kind of pointless to make a run on the English patch if you can't even read it. The text goes by at such a high speed, one needs to pause the videoplayer to read anything. I would be all for Japanese ROM and subtitles. The Japanese ROM also saves some time over the patch which would aid in shaving time off to get under the 5 hour mark. But the new mother 3 TAS already got started on the English patch and I don't think anyone would their time to add subtitles to a 5 hour movie.
Wouldn't it be even harder to read with the Japanese version, since the same amount of English text would have to fit in an even smaller timeframe? And in the English version I think the only things you really can't get fast enough are very short "obtained item" messages, but since most of the story text wraps around to multiple lines it's not bad (that is to say, stuff you have to read to know what's going on is also the easiest stuff to read).

It's the flagship title on a NES cartridge filled with 52 of the worst games ever made: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_52 And welcome to the site. =)
Oh, I know what "Cheetahmen" is and where it's from. Perhaps I should refer to it as a mini-game, if that makes it clearer. What I mean to say is that although within Action 52's game selection menu this mini-game is listed as 52. CHEETAH MEN, when you get to its start screen (1 or 2 player selection screen) the title is ACTION GAMEMASTER. Many of the Action 52 mini-games have titles that deviate from the main menu because of the tiny character limit they tried to squeeze the text into (for whatever reason). It's also listed as both ACTION GAMEMASTER and THE "ACTION GAMEMASTER" in the manual, so I was wondering if that should be the proper title for the TAS as well. And thanks, I'm enjoying being able to get notifications. :>

Ending a long career as a lurker to ask: isn't this game technically titled "Action Gamemaster", not Cheetahmen? I know the menu says Cheetahmen, but the start screen and manual say otherwise (and the menu suffers from a pretty limited charspace, anyway). On the topic of yes/no: although the game itself is pretty dreadful, this TAS is short and glitch-filled enough to stay interesting past the initial morbid curiosity and I'd give it a yes.
