Post subject: Directory Not Found exception upon loading PSX game

Using BizHawk-1.11.0 and 1.11.1 Got a strange exception upon loading a PSX game from any location : Found a rather unsatisfying workaround by just creating the directory and loading up the roms from said location ( C:\Program Files\Direct Connect\Received Files\PSX Games ) . Also I've checked the config.ini but said path is nowhere to be found . Config -> Paths doesnt show PSX settings for some reason, but it should be the same as the config.ini . Anyone knows where this path comes from and/or how to fix the exception ?

open the .cue in notepad and you'll see why.
