Spider webs and spiders can be destroyed with spray, but they pause for one frame, so use the minimum number of sprays.
Birds cannot be destroyed, but touching them reverses the penguin's left and right positions. Avoid them due to the swap effect.
Fire is an obstacle character that causes a miss unless you have an invincibility item.
The invincibility item that doubles your speed appears in the bottom row after destroying 5 spider webs.
Its appearance location depends on which directional key you're pressing or if you're not pressing any at all.
It seems like the enemy's actions are determined by what we do.

蜘蛛の巣と蜘蛛はスプレーで倒せるが1フレーム止まるので最小回数
鳥は倒せないが触れるとペンギンの位置が左右逆転。入れ替わる演出あるので回避
炎は無敵アイテム以外ではミスになるお邪魔キャラ
速度が倍になる無敵アイテムは蜘蛛の巣を5個壊すと最下段にでる
出る場所は十字キーのどのキーを押しているかまたは全く押してないかで決まる
敵の行動はどうもこっちの行動で決まるっぽい

I'm a little curious on what actually constitutes one loop... as round 17's level layout seems different than round 1's. Well, the right side, anyways.

The hidden panels loop through 16 stages, hence the designation as 16 stages. The number of stages itself is an infinite loop.
