Bugs Bunny in Double Trouble is a Looney Tunes-based video game published by Sega in 1996 for Genesis and Game Gear, developed by Probe Entertainment and Climax Studios.
In the game's storyline, Bugs Bunny is having some wacky dream involving Yosemite Sam as a laboratory professor who tries to catch Bugs Bunny and take his brain. Bugs takes off, runs into a television-like machine, and finds that it transports him through various worlds (based on classic Looney Tunes episodes) where Bugs needs to go through various adventures.
Noxxa completes the game on the hardest difficulty in record time.

Coca Cola Kid is a platformer starring Coca Cola's Japanese mascot of the 90s. On his way through the levels, the kid can make use of a skateboard, but has to continue by foot if knocked off. Enemies can be defeated by kicks and flying kicks. Unsurprisingly, energy is restored by collecting cans of a certain soft drink. Its gameplay bears a very strong resemblance to Sonic the Hedgehog, which is no coincidence, since it's built off of the Sonic the Hedgehog engine and was made by Sega.
Samsara, ars4326 and dekutony rush to the end in good old Sonic-- ahem, Coca Cola Kid fashion in 8 minutes and 26.47 seconds.

Disney's animated film Aladdin has been adapted to many video game consoles, including the Sega Master System and Game Gear. Like the other versions, the Master System and Game Gear versions are both side-scrolling action games. In fact, they both have identical gameplay. The player controls Aladdin, making his way through a variety of locations, including the streets of Agrabah, the Cave of Wonders, the Sultan's palace and more. Gameplay takes several different forms: some levels are chases, others are standard platforming affairs. There are also several magic carpet rides in the game, in which the level scrolls automatically and the player must make sure to avoid any obstacles in the way.
Here, OtakuTAS plays the Game Gear version and creates a run that is 14 seconds faster than the previous run that uses the Master System version.

Home Alone is a game loosely based on the movie where Kevin McCallister must avoid and stop the Wet Bandits from capturing him after being left home alone. While the movie has him planning everything out and playing Harry and Marv like a fiddle, the game has you going through a weirdo house filled with traps and hazards that can stop you for a moment.
ShesChardcore improves on her previous run by 6.5 seconds by choosing the Beginner difficulty instead of Expert and finding a better spot to camp at, a table with an annoying spider. By choosing the easier difficulty, the real-time length of the run is now 20 minutes shorter.

Mega Man on the Game Gear is a mix of stages and bosses based on Mega Man 4 and Mega Man 5 of the NES. However, it has only 8 stages in total: 4 Robot Masters, 2 Cossack Castle stages and 2 Wily Castle stages.
As the screenshot shows, the game has some very large movement glitches which Baddap1 exploits to beat the game very quickly.

Ninja Gaiden for Game Gear is quite unlike the NES version or even its cousin on the Master System. It has a similar (but simpler) feel as the Master System version, but has the wall climbing element of the NES game. But like the others, it has ninjas. And ninjas are cool.
The key to a TAS of this game is special weapon maintenance. Bosses receive double the damage when hit with special weapons, so managing the weapons used and conserving force are critical to optimizing this game.
This movie improves the previous run by 861 frames.

GG Aleste II (GGアレスタII), also known as Power Strike II in Europe (not to be confused with the game of the same name for the Sega Master System), is a space shoot 'em up for the Sega Game Gear. The story takes place in the far future, where Earth is now protected by a number of armored defensive satellites. An unknown object the size of the moon has attached itself to one of these satellites and has taken control of it. Space pilot Alice Waizen was testing a prototype GG Aleste II ship when she is alerted about the alien threat and is tasked to stop it.
In this run, Darkman425 saves the Earth from possible destruction as fast as possible while also managing game lag at the same time.

Sonic Blast, known as G Sonic (Gソニック) in Japan, is a platforming game for the Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System that was released in November 1996. A similarly titled game, Sonic 3D Blast, was released in the same month for Sega's Genesis and Saturn consoles, though the games had different gameplay, plot, and a separate development team. In this game, you can play as Sonic or Knuckles as they go off to stop Dr. Robotnik from collecting the Chaos Emeralds again.
The8bitbeast improves on the previous run by 16 seconds thanks to improved routing and the exploitation of a few minor bugs.

Sonic Labyrinth is a puzzle and platform game featuring isometric game play. Sonic must obtain keys located throughout the first three acts of each zone and then battle a boss to retrieve the chaos emeralds.
While Sonic has an incredibly slow walking speed, there is plenty of super fast bouncing around that makes good use of the spindash. The best ending is achieved in this run by entering the bonus stage in 2-3 to collect a chaos emerald.

The Sonic games for the Sega Master System and the Game Gear are much less well known than their Genesis/Mega Drive counterparts and have a reputation for being quite challenging, especially in handheld form. You'd never know this from the speed Sonic blazes through the game here.
Unlike later 8-bit Sonic games, there are significant differences in levels between the SMS version and the Game Gear version; here the latter is used primarily for faster boss fights.
This run improves the predecessor movie by 00:02.30 real-time seconds, and by 01:22.41 minutes of total in-level time. What makes the real-time difference so small is the larger time bonuses. To compensate for that, the author has made an encode that cuts out the bonus screen and the level title cards.
If you like this run, also check out the run for SMS Sonic 2.
FLASHING LIGHTS WARNING: This movie features rapidly flashing lights from 16:37 to 16:59 and from 19:06 to 19:17, which may cause epileptic seizures for those affected.

Sonic Triple Trouble is the sequel to Sonic Chaos, they are also known in Japan as Sonic & Tails 1 and 2. Long story short, Dr. Robotnik is after the chaos emeralds again and convinced Knuckles that Sonic and Tails want to steal them, again... But here comes a new challenger! Nack the weasel is here and wants to, guess what, steal the chaos emeralds too! (but just because they are shiny and might sell well on eBay)

Wendy Witchcart is an old human witch who rides around in a specialized rail cart on an island that she claims as her own, and is the main villain who turns the islanders into crystals. Miles "Tails" Prower, better known as Sonic the Hedgehog's sidekick, is afraid of seeing a world filled with the witch's rails and decides to stop her on his own.
While Sonic collects rings to protect himself, Tails carries a special ring that he can throw like a boomerang or grab things with. Since collected crystals cost time on the score tally screen, the author simply ignores them all.
While this movie appears to be slower by 0.20 seconds than the previous publication, it is in fact faster by around a third of a second. This is because the site now assumes the proper framerate for Game Gear movies, while it assumed a flat 60 FPS back when the previous movie was published.

The Game Gear Shinobi is the first of the two Shinobi games released for the Sega Game Gear. The level design structure starts off with a non-linear stage select, players must rescue all 4 ninja pals and use their combined strength to get through the City of Fear.
Greenalink collects all life expansions in the game to upgrade the character, and as a result you get to see some interesting damage abuse strategies in the later levels that cut down a decent amount of time.

The author has provided textual commentary that can be seen as soft subtitles in the encodes and in the movie file.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a licensed action platforming game that is based on the movie of the same name. It very loosely follows the plot of the movie, where various companies have sent hunters to Isla Sorna to capture dinosaurs for their own purposes. You control a nameless hunter whose objective is to prevent these hunters from capturing the dinosaurs and smuggling them off the island. As with a lot of licensed games at the time, the game features other minigames to add variety such as an driving minigame where you avoid hazards and reach the end of the level.
Induviel here goes on another dinosaur filled adventure and rescues the artificially-created dinosaurs from being exploited in record time.
