It features digital versions of the first three sets of real-life trading cards, along with exclusive cards that are not available outside of the game. Normal gameplay involves finding and battling other trainers and Masters, eventually becoming the Champion and earning the Legendary Cards.

Rather than spending countless hours collecting cards to fight the various Masters in this game, FractalFusion and p4wn3r take one of the basic decks, and with a whole lot of luck manipulation, deal out a series of crushing victories in rapid succession in order to become the Pokémon TCG Champion.
