Bible Adventures is one of many unlicensed games produced by Wisdom Tree. This particular game offers three modes of play.
This run plays through the "Baby Moses" mode, of how his mother "got a papyrus basket for him ... and placed the child in it and put it ... along the bank of the Nile". This apparently entails avoiding a horde of enemies in the process.
Thus, before Moses can let his people go, Aglar goes as fast as possible by taking a page from the wrong Bible book and walking on water (wouldn't that have made crossing the Red Sea just a little bit easier?) as well as directly through many of the enemies and obstacles preventing one from reaching the right edge of the level.

Castle of Illusion is one of the earlier games for the Genesis. Mickey must collect seven jewels to reach the final boss and save Minnie. He attacks enemies either by flinging apples at them, or by smothering them with his cast-iron buttocks.
This run is around 50 seconds faster than the previous run, thanks to new tricks/glitches and better optimisation. Please read the author's comments for more information on the new tricks and glitches.

Ludicrous-speed bouncing around. Completed without collecting any emeralds, with both Sonic and Tails controlled by the player.
This run takes everything you know about Sonic 3 & Knuckles and turns it upside-down. It extensively uses the "scroll objects offscreen to pass through them" trick to zip and warp to places that shouldn't be reached, break bosses, and effectively skip entire stages.
This latest effort by Aglar and marzojr represents the first published improvement of this run in over four years, and the first time since this run, over seven years ago, that the authors replayed the entire game instead of replaying only select levels and then splicing input from the previous movie. Every single level is faster, and there are some surprising new glitches in several stages. For more details, see the run's comments.
We also have similar movies in Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog CD.

The downloadable encodes in the second set use a camhack, which attempts to always keep Sonic onscreen and puts HD sprites on top of the background to make the TAS look even better.

Published on 12/18/2014
Sonic's gone to plaid in the latest TAS by marzojr. It starts from a savestate to take advantage of Hyper Sonic from the beginning of the game. (For more details, see the note below and the run's comments.)
WARNING: The awesomeness of Hyper Sonic may damage your eyes or trigger seizures in susceptible people.

Note: This movie begins from a save state from the end of regular mode in order to access Hyper Sonic from the beginning of the game. There is no other way to access it outside of a hack. We normally do not accept movies which begin from a save state.
To download a savestate for this movie, use this link for Gens version 11a or this link for Gens version 11b.

There are also secondary encode links to the camhacked version.

Fast bouncing around. This is a run of Sonic the Hedgehog which avoids zipping (gaining a large speed boost from being inside terrain), unlike the other run of this game. Therefore, most levels cannot be skipped, and instead have to be traversed using a more normal route, although the author still finds a couple of alternative methods to take shortcuts (it is hard to define hard rules to ban all glitches). In this run, the game is completed without collecting the Chaos Emeralds.
There are also runs where Knuckles and Tails they take advantage of their own abilities to finish the game in record time.

Sonic bounces around surprisingly fast. The lack of Spin Dash makes the strategy a bit different from that of Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles runs, since preserving your momentum becomes a lot more important. However, this doesn't prevent the authors from achieving crazy velocities even with such a significant limitation. In this run, the game is completed without collecting any emeralds.
This is the sixth run of this game, improving on the previous effort by 00:47.30 seconds with the use of new zips and improved precision.
To see a movie of this game that doesn't take advantage of zips, watch the "no zips" run by Aglar.

Inspired from I Wanna Be The Guy and other classic platformers, this game follows the same format of having a large map in Metroidvania style where one has a large map to freely explore and must venture to various parts of it. You always die in one hit (3 hits for easy difficulty), but there are unlimited lives and a password system that allows you to continue where you left off. In total, there are over 650 rooms, 25 enemy types, 13 boss battles, 42 music tracks, and more bonus features this time around.

Donkey Kong Jr., along with Donkey Kong, were classic games that were played by millions of players on various consoles, including the NES, Atari 2600 and Game and Watch. The story is that Jumpman, now known as Mario, has captured his rival Donkey Kong and it's up to Junior to save his dad.
Although one would not expect a movie of Donkey Kong Jr. to be interesting to watch, except in the retro sense, this movie is actually quite surprising. The vines are cleverly utilized to move the hero forward faster than any member of the Kong family before or after this game.

Metal Force is an unlicensed game developed by Open Corp. (who also made Buzz and Waldog) and released in 1994 in South Korea. It is of surprisingly solid quality for an unlicensed title. It controls similarly to classic Mega Man games, except you have two different weapons which you can switch between and upgrade by collecting power-ups from enemies. Aside from that, it is a linear adventure comprised of 7 missions, with a boss battle at the end of each. The stages of each mission are quite expansive and packed with enemies and obstacles.
This game was run as part of TASVideos' Dream Team Contest 5, and this TAS was built on a combination of multiple submissions of said contest - hence the high number of authors.

Power Blade is an underdog title by the folks at Taito, highly reminiscent of the Megaman series. It also features a hero who looks a lot like Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is one of those obscure games that you may wish you had played as a kid.
In this updated run Aglar decimates the previous version by 45 seconds thanks to improved frame precision in what was once a highly contested game, now revived.

Snake Rattle 'n' Roll is a 3D game mostly about collecting objects along the line of "nibble bibbles". The biggest part of the game is the tricky maneuvers required to complete the big mountain levels that are difficult to perform in real time.

This Star Wars game is quite versatile. It features a sort of overworld, optional items and quests, a lot of platformer action, some first-person spaceship shooting and you even get to blow up the Death Star! You can't see all of that in this movie, but it's very entertaining nonetheless. The game's plot is based on the first Star Wars movie (Episode IV), and it even features some of the movie's awesome music.
This run improves the previous movie by almost two minutes thanks to optimized movement and a new shortcut.

This is a long RPG-like adventure game with lots of witty dialog and the hero equipped with a yoyo.
This is a ~4 minute improvement to the previous movie by Sami O..
A major part of this shortening comes from a glitch that skips the last chapter of the game, ignoring certain plot details. If you want to see the actual ending, watch the previous movie.

Inspired by the Action 52 game of the same name, Streemerz is a NES port (by thefox) of a Flash game made for the "Action 52 Owns" game jam by Arthur 'Mr. Podunkian' Lee. This run plays through "Streeeeemerz Mode", which, as the name implies, features gameplay closer to VVVVVV.
It originally started with Noxxa's winning run of the SGDQ 2015 speed TAS competition organized by dwangoAC, which resulted in some interesting top-10 comparison encodes. Later, adelikat, Aglar, Really_Tall and Samsara joined the party after finding many improvements throughout the run as described in the submission comments.
There is also a run that completes the game in "Superb Joe" mode by MESHUGGAH.

Ufouria is a game that was strangely never released in the United States, even though it was released in Europe in addition to Japan (where it's known as Hebereke).
The game itself is a Metroid-style adventure: it takes place in a world that can be freely explored and several items need to be found and bosses defeated in order to gain access to some areas that initially seem inaccessible.
This run beats the previously published one by 01:39.83 due to newly explored tricks and better optimization.
