Being a run of a game on tape, the loading time is long (about 1 minute 10 seconds), complete with loud noises. You may want to skip it.

Invasion of the Zombie Monsters is a B-Movie style platformer for MSX. You take control of Ned, a geek trying to save his girlfriend from a giant demon terrorizing the city. This game was designed to be a throwback to games like Legend of Hero Tonma and Ghouls 'n Ghosts.
This is an improvement of 00:37.90 seconds over the previous run, courtesy of better boss fights and other general optimizations.

You take control of two Knights, Popolon and Aphrodite, out to rescue their baby Pamperse from the evil high priest Galious. They have their own subtle differences in gameplay, but for the most part, they just act as two separate health bars.
The authors, zggzdydp and scrimpeh, run through the game at breakneck pace, taking much more damage than they should be able to.

Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro is the MSX2 video game adaptation of the anime movie of the same name. What was once a complex plot involving counterfeit money distributed by a tiny country, the game reduces it to just saving a princess in a castle.

As such, all platforming elements are removed from the game and the emphasis is more on puzzle-solving. Scion was an arcade game that was ported to the MSX by Sony in 1985. It features gameplay unusual for a shooter. You don't even need to gun down the enemy ships. Instead, you stay on one screen that loops continuously until all ground targets have been destroyed. Three screens of that and it's on to the next stage.
However, since every stage is identical, Quibus just plays through stage 1 as fast as possible.

As you can see here, the original Castlevania wasn't only on the NES, but also on the MSX computer. Author scrimpeh did on the MSX Castlevania what Phil Côté & Morrison did on the NES Castlevania.
This version is different in some important ways. Some new gameplay elements include the requirement to collect a white key in each stage in order to advance, the removal of the chain whip after each boss battle, and the ability to buy subweapons from sitting bystanders in white or red clothes.
This is an improvement of 01:14.90 over the previous run thanks to a few new time-saving tricks.

Yie Ar Kung-Fu II: The Emperor Yie-Gah is the sequel to the famous Yie Ar Kung-Fu. Both games were developed by Konami for the MSX. While the first one was a fighting game, this one is a beat 'em up. You play as Lee Young, a martial arts master and the son of the first game's hero, who must take out self-proclaimed Emperor Yie-Gah and his gang and save China from their evil influence.
The author, Quibus, avoids unnecessary battles with gang members and beats down every boss to defeat Yie-Gah without taking a scratch.
