Micro Machines 64 TURBO (released in 1999) is the Nintendo 64 remake of Micro Machines V3 (released in 1997) for the PlayStation and PC. It features the same clunky menu system and the same 43 primary courses and 31 unique vehicles (the PlayStation version also had a plodding training mode, "Cherry's Driving School" with five courses defined by cones and a unique training vehicle). The visuals have been slightly improved and a "turbo selection" speed control was added that allows players to choose faster, harder levels of speed.
In this run, Weatherton speeds through one lap of all the courses. To do so, three different gameplay modes are necessary: Time Trial, Test Drive, and Party Play modes. Each track is played using an in-game code to drive at double speed, making the action even more frantic and impressive.

Godzilla: Monster of Monsters! is the first Godzilla video game for the NES. In this game, you play as both Godzilla and Mothra as they travel across planets to beat various other monsters such as Hedorah, Gigan, and King Ghidorah. On each planet are many alien armies that are there to stop you from reaching the monster that controls each planet. To portray this, each planet is shown as a virtual gameboard with Godzilla and Mothra on one end and the enemy monster on the other. Each space is either empty, has an alien army, or has an enemy monster. You level up by destroying anything that gets in your way, and you progress to the next planet by defeating an enemy monster in one-on-one combat.
In this run, SpaceColonizer opts to play the "Destr0y All M0nsters" mode using a special password. Here, all the enemy monsters in the game are on one board and are set to their endgame levels while Godzilla and Mothra are at level 8. The mode is considered complete when all the enemy monsters on the board are defeated. You can read the author's notes for more details.

China Warrior is a beat-em-up for the PC Engine released in 1989. Set in China, it features a Bruce Lee expy, who ventures on to defeat the Dark Emperor atop Lu Hao Yang Castle. This game is notable for having really large sprites.
In this run, TaoTao plays through the 3rd and hardest loop of the game (the in game code doesn't let you enter the 3rd loop unless you game over in the 2nd loop, which is why the author does it at the beginning). This movie obsoletes [4431] PCE China Warrior by EZGames69 in 12:03.53 as a 40 second improvement from gameplay alone, mainly due to a "special attack" that happens if the player takes damage from the boss, making their next attack super powerful.

Sled Storm is a snowmobile racing video game published and developed by Electronic Arts. It gained critical acclaim due to its original concept of being one of the first snowmobile racing titles. It features snowmobiles (referred to as sleds), stunts and fourteen snow-covered courses consisting of slippery slopes, inclement weather and treacherous cliffs. Six racers were selectable from the outset and two more were unlockable, each of which had different snowmobile handling attributes. Extra points can be scored by doing tricks, but not all characters can perform every trick.
somyeol and Gawrit here decide to make another playaround of this game, showing off tricks and glitches that weren't present in the previous playaround. The details regarding all of that can be found in the authors' notes. As with before, they make usage of in-game codes to unlock the Storm Sled and unlocking all of the Open Mountain tracks in order to do so.
Despite this playaround being labeled as having "obsoleted" the authors' other playaround, that does not mean that other playaround is not worth watching or "obsolete". In actuality, both playarounds are recommended for watching to see how broken the game can be.

Audio commentary by one of the authors can be found right here.
