I went to the official BitTorrent download page and DL'd the Windows installer. When it was finished downloading, I clicked it and it gave a prompt saying "BitTorrent was successfully installed! To use it, go to a website that uses BitTorrent and click on the appropriate links." or something like that. BUT, when I proceed to get some .torrent files, it didn't work, and the FAQ on the site didn't help much. Can anybody help me with this oh so devastating problem I have please?

First, get a better client. The default one sucks. Get torrentstorm or something

Ok, but where can I find that? Could you post a link to it?

So, when you install it, set it as your standard client. When you click the link to get the movie choose open with standard client. When torrentstorm starts, before to change it from idle to downloading

Ok, I started downloading a couple, but they're going unbearably slow, not even at .5% yet...

Do you use a router?

Ah, nevermind that, I just skipped it; others are going smoother. I don't know if this comp has a router or not, it's not my comp and I'm not very tech-wise either...

Ok, now I have a problem. It just finished getting A Boy and his Blob, but when I clicked on it (in the folder) and clicked "open in media player" (windows media player), it started going as only an audio file which is the reason I got the torrent crap to stop this from happening because it's really pissing me off...
