Not my fault you don't hang out in IRC most of the time.
Not my fault someone's too lazy to post about bugs that require manual fixing on forums. Damn, seriously? Bah!
I would repeat the IRC part. Because guess what has been talked about, in IRC. That issue.

Recently our normal publishing method has stuffed up on us and doesn't publicize the video. Because of the publisher not checking someone who is able to access everyone encode fixes this. So using the recently published movie Bishi Bashi 3 which hasn't been publicized I'll explain what you're meant to do. (Since I didn't get mine done in time to use as the example) 1) Go into http://tasvideos.org/SystemTVCControl.html 2) Find the URL (T8ODTUs-V8A) 3) Hit edit for said video 4) Change the movie id (2852) 5) Find the URL or Movie ID again 6) Hit Update Was it that hard? I'm guess to post this in this tread due to the topic name if it's not then... idk.

Are you drag dropping? You must be drag dropping. Drag dropping usually does that. Try not doing Drag and Drop. Alternately Have you paused the emulator? You must have paused the emulator. Pausing the emulator usually does that. Try not having the emulator paused.

If PAL can be faster in movement than NTSC then it's fine. If not then... shrugs

It's an acceptable TAS don't worry about it. If it does get rejected then it's the end of the world.

Okay, well. I just did a little glace, downloaded the game myself to double check something. The first thing I found out was that your menuing is terrible. The second thing I found out was not having a memory card in saves time.
1 - It goes through memory card checking faster 2 - It instantly hovers above NEW GAME

It's alright Lemony, take your time. No one should be up and arms about this being slow, considering we have had other TASes which took a long time to publish.

"To start with, the music isn't fixed by course. Press down to change music! Three songs to pick. Saturn's TAS started off by playing no music. Bad first impressions: play no music (my opinion). The order I select songs is my preference. In 4 and 8, I change music at second checkpoint. For one half-course, I pick no music for variety. Each song gets 2.5 courses. I hope I select well."

Btw, is the dash forward at the start of the round really necessary? In version 3’s Lei fight it doesn’t look like you’d need any extra distance before the attack.
It's the only way to make the move work. You must be moving (Max 19 frames before you have to restart your movement) It's Right, Right + 1 + 4 (Right, Right + Square + Circle) (While Moving)

Also OP’s encode should be updated.
It finally has, yay. (Talking about the input part)

It's Nintendo of America, not the jerks at Nintendo of Japan who takes down everything.

It's fair rights footage coming from TASVideo TASes so they're in the clear.

You made it very easy to get rejected. See this and this. Edit: Oh wow. Just using Cutting Room Floor for your explanation and not actually explaining it was a poor choice on your hand. Actual target area which was meant to be directed for us: Unused Levels "By using the level select feature described above, a total of 21 unused levels can be played, numbered 65 through 7F, except for..." Jesus Christ. Not explaining anything created a mess.

The other one is now known as a playaround. And for the sake of saving time here's an IRC convo. before I dropped publication on this.
[2015-05-04 22:26:14] <Spikestuff_> Nach: So Smash Bros. is intended for fast play and playaround now?
[2015-05-04 23:33:35] <Nach> Spikestuff_: one is fastest with minimal entertainment, the other is not so fast with much more entertainment
[2015-05-04 23:33:50] <Spikestuff_> Okay so it is Playround + Normal

Like they'd give a shit about what's on the video on the first place. https://youtu.be/ZnTnOLW3Gq4?t=4m My video was on a different video without citation but I don't give a shit (& the fact I deleted it because I improved on it.). Only reason why I knew it was mine at the time. 1) The PB Time 2) The movement introducing the level

Publisher issues. We cannot touch SGB when obsoleting it with GB/C (vice versa). So we ask someone higher up to do this.

Intro half was sloppy, and he decided to complete it, go back over then submit. When he made the correction he was unable to make it sync with the complete movie file.

Make sure you upload it here: http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/ or http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php And then post the link to it in this thread. Don't make another submission.
