I need to rename a Movie on bizhawk I assumed I could do it later so I just used a developing name and Im on track to being able to submit so I need a better name.

I assume you're meaning to change the author name. Open up the .bk2 in 7-zip or comparable, open Header.txt and change the name under the author section.

If you happen to be using TAS Studio, you can also do this from Metadata -> Header
