My method is 1:we must have the same FCEU 2:we must have the same game 3:we must name the game "the same name" 4:one tool:FCEUServer 5:open FCEUServer,and config it.The acquiescent port is 4046,the acquiescent password is "sexybeef"(how interesting password^_^) 6:open you FCEU,"config"-"Network play".Then please write your IP in remote host,then connect. heheheh, after that we can enjoy on internet~~~~ Am I right??

I played whit one my irc frend nes games on internet via jnes or fce ultra (I not sure), and it worked (dont try on viruanes, on 512/512 connection lags so much...), but I think your rigth, go ahead and try.
