Since moving to the SNES 16-bit land, Mega Man has taken the secret identity X, but everyone knows it's still him because he's the only blue robot who shoots three pellets at a time at other robots, steals their weapons, and zips through walls.

FractalFusion plays this game a bit differently than usual. He abuses a failed password in order to obtain all weapons before the intro stage. Because the run does not collect the dash boots, Mega Man X spends the entire run walking through the stages, which provides more opportunities for entertainment than usual.
