The second good and complete timeattack movie at Mega Man 3 (ＵＳＡのロックマン３)! Now 1:20 faster than the previous version by Sleepz.

Note: The penguin graphics in the Geminiman level are garbled for the same reason there's no music in most of that level. It should become obvious when you watch the movie.
