Commentary:

We use frame perfect tricks like a clear of 3 blocks on 1 moving block and 1 standing block and switch a falling block with another block to save a 2 seconds on TAS, it's almost impossible to do it on RTA.
On only 1 stage at 6-09, We used a TAS-only trick called Clear 3 blocks while floating which allows to save 15 frames!

Why did i submit it today?

Because i'm going to airplane today to stay far away from my computer for 2 weeks!
Note: Submitting it on macOS can cause something glitch on the movie file so be aware of this!

Improvements to previous submission

This movie is an improved version of the cancelled submission #6551. Here is a table of the improvements:
LevelFrames savedAuthorExplaination
1-106mathgrantBy quickly swapping blocks in the same spot, and then undoing with the X button, you get a column of 3 blocks of the same color without having them disappear. This allowed to spare cursor movements.
3-55ThunderAxe31There are two changes that allowed to save time. First, I moved the top blue block instead of the other two, in order to make them disappear earlier. Second, I delayed the moment I moved the purple block, in order to avoid breaking the last combo.
4-951ThunderAxe31I initially saved 26 frames, then I saved 25 more after this submission was made. Basically a mess of frame-perfect trickeries.
5-11ThunderAxe31Dropping a different green block in order to make the red blocks disappear sooner.
5-24ThunderAxe31Dropping the green block as fast as possible with the first two moves, in order to start the chain earlier.
5-47BluelyClearing the purple blocks as soon as possible results in initiating the chain earlier.
5-51ThunderAxe31Using a subtly different solution. I'm surprised that it couldn't save more.
5-1055mathgrantAgain, mathgrant came with a trick that involves quick swaps. The yellow block got swapped twice so fast that the game didn't notice that it made a 3-blocks column for a moment, allowing for an unintended solution, which enables the player to clear the last 12 blocks as two separate 6-blocks rows, which halves the time needed to the blocks to disappear.
6-812ThunderAxe31Delaying the last move with a specific timing allowed for the green block to disappear earlier and thus make the combo overall faster.
Note that difference of loading times are not taken in account.

About the Extra Levels

For completeness, I advised to include this additional set of levels, which the game calls Extra levels. These are accessed by inputting a password that is only obtained by beating the regular levels of Puzzle mode.
The Extra levels I contributed in are the following ones: 1-1, 1-9, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-5, 3-3, 3-7, 3-9, 4-2, 4-9, 5-5, 5-10. All the other Extra levels have been TASed by Bluely only.

ThunderAxe31: File replaced with a 25 frames improvement. Expect more in the next days. Oh and since I was there, I also fixed the header. You're welcome.
ThunderAxe31: File replaced with a 42 frames improvement.
GoddessMaria: Judging.
GoddessMaria: Alright... So the gameplay, while technically impressive, grew quickly repetitive. This couldn't be really helped given the nature of the game in question. The audience response was fairly lukewarm due to how long the repetition went on. As this submission does go through all levels, it does qualify for the Vault. That being said...
Accepting for the Vault.
