Saiyuuki world was my first publication on this site. It was mainly produced by fcxiaopengyou, I provided the route. Later, as I learned more about TAS, I started to rethink and remake it. For some reasons, fcxiaopengyou didn't have much time for production. This time we assigned part of the production process to NMP, a newcomer on this site. This TAS is not hard to produce. I also thanks for Memory classified it as Moons, that gave me the motivation to remake it.
This time we improved it by 278 frames. It mainly by replanning the acquisition of props, better luck control and detail handling. The improvement was not so much, but I think this improvement is very necessary, to make it more rigorous, maybe also can put the flag of fast completion on it.

Details

  • Better sub-axis control.
  • Reduce the number of jumps by controlling the enemy's movement, because each jump is one frame slower.
  • Fireballs fly slightly faster than characters move, in this way, we can reduce the waiting time for items to drop. Fireball can only be sent out when there is an enemy in the front, so it needs more accurate processing.
  • In the process of jumping, waving a knife can reduce the jumping height and land faster.
