There is 1 frame waiting when the character land after jump.
Among all the attack methods, Leo and Don's AB are the fastest to kill enemies, while Raph and Mike's AB will cause enemies to fly too high if they are not close to the edge of the screen.
Raph's normal attack has a rapid explosion effect on enemy small mechanical units.
The score should be controlled in the process. Only in the Boss war, if the score reached 1 up, the voice will slow down the game by 49 frames.
In Boss war, if the Boss in the non attack state, the attack interval is 36 frames, in the attack state, the attack interval is 18 frames. If two players attack alternately, the attack interval can be reduced by 1 frame, it will be 35 frames and 17 frames.

Stage1

1 .The scene of the enemy soldiers climbing down the pole has 64 frame rules.
2. The scene with 5 red and 5 purple enemies, only the cooperation of Raph and Don is the fastest way to kill.
3. The scene of the enemy jump out of the beach, used the bug of Down + B, the way to remove the bug is to use Down + B again to kill an enemy.
4. Let one of the players die can make the game difficulty turn to single player mode. The first time reduced 2 yellow and 3 purple enemies, the 2nd time saved 3 yellow and 3 purple enemies, the 3rd time reduced the BOSS’s HP.
5. At the end of the boss war, the closer to the right page, the more time-saving.

Stage2

1. At the beginning of the stage, used AB to empty Don‘s HP. Use death can save a lot of lags. Also can empty Don‘s lives, because in Stage 3 must use Game Over state to reduce many enemies.
2. Where the charged sphere appears, there are 12 spheres each time and 48 spheres in total. The first 12 spheres use the Raph's normal attack is the fastest way.
3. Let Don die before the BOSS fighting can reduce the BOSS’s HP.
4. At the end of the boss war, the closer to the rolling gate, the more time-saving, but Don needs to kill the boss, it is impossible to reach the nearest position.

Stage3

1. At the beginning of the stage, used AB to empty Raph‘s HP. Kill Raph at the broken bridge and put the body through the screen, it'll make him a corpse that's still under control. After that, all stages become single player difficulty mode. By this glitch, when the other player game over, some enemies will not appear in some scene, BOSS’s HP is same as 1 player mode, but only when Raph‘s lives are more than 2 can be borrow by another player.
2. Let Don die on the iron bridge, reduced 2 blue, 2 stick, 2 whip and 3 knife enemies.
3. Let Don die before the BOSS fighting, reduced 2 light blue, 3 stick enemies.
4. At the end of the boss war, the closer to the right page, the more time-saving.

Stage4

1. The difficulty is same as 1 player mode, so let the player die will not reduce enemies.
2. The scene of the enemy soldiers climbing down the pole has 64 frame rules. There are 28 frames more than the perfect frame rule.
3. After the BOSS fighting, let the character stay in a certain range of coordinates, can get the fastest clearance time.

Stage5

1. The difficulty is same as 1 player mode, so let the player die will not reduce enemies.
2. In the ramp scene, it is faster for the bodies of the enemies jump from water to fall on the ground rather than in the water.
3. In the scene of puppies, the eighth one lets Raph kill is faster.
4. After the BOSS fighting, let the character stay in a certain range of coordinates, can get the fastest clearance time.

Stage6

1. After the 4 machine-operated cave, let Don die reduced 3 artillery and 1 pizza.
2. At the end of the 6-1 BOSS war, the closer to the right page, the more time-saving.
3. At the end of the 6-2 BOSS war, X108 & Y104, X148 & Y104 is the best coordinate value.

Stage7

1. This stage have a independent 256 frame rule.
2. Let Don die, reduced 2 electric, 3 sticks, 5 purple and 5 sword enemies.
3. Select Leo after Don die, because Leo’s AB have larger Y-axis range, it can kill the enemy faster
4. Let Leo die, reduced 3 sticks and 3 red enemies.
5. Select Don to kill the BOSS faster.

Stage8

1. The difficulty is same as 1 player mode, so let the player die will not reduce enemies.
2. Eat pizza before the artillery appeared in 8-1, can make it appear 32 frames early.
3. X223 & Y136 is the best coordinate value after 8-1 BOSS fighting.
4. Eat pizza before the artillery appeared in 8-2, can make it appear 32 frames early.
5. Don and Mike are the best combination to kill the BOSS.
6. There are four situations with Krang BOSS. The first is normal split and combined and then kill it. The second is when it’s HP below 255, Krang split, only the upper body is attacking, kill the upper body, a bug is generated and any instruction is invalid. The third is when it’s HP below 255, Krang split, the upper body and the lower body are not attacking, kill the lower body, a bug is generated and any instruction is invalid. The fourth is when it’s HP below 255, Krang split, only the lower body is attacking, kill the lower body, Krang will not combine, the game is running normally.
7. After 8-2 BOSS fighting, Krang’s corpse has a moving distance. X95 & Y100 is the best coordinate value.
8. Let Don die can reduce Shredder’s HP. X223 & Y136 is the best coordinate value.
9. Let Shredder enter the lightning state can kill it quickly.

②5红兵5紫兵处,只有Raph和Don的合作是最快的击杀方式.
③跳出抛沙兵处,利用了↓B空放砸死敌兵的bug,解除方式只能重新↓B打死一个新敌人.
④第一个死命点,利用死命导致的单人模式bug,减少了2黄兵、3紫兵.
⑤第二个死命点,利用死命导致的单人模式bug,减少了3紫兵、3黄兵.
⑥第三个死命点,利用死命导致的单人模式bug,减少Boss的血量.
⑦Boss战结束时,离右边版面越近,越节省时间.

Stage2

①开场立即AB清空Don的血量,海上死命可以减少图层过多而导致的掉帧问题,也顺便清空Don的生命数量,因为Don在关卡中途会奖命,在Stage3有一处地方必须要Gameover状态才能实现大幅减少敌兵.
②刷新电球的地方,每一波12个,共计48只电球,每一波的第12只,让Raph普通攻击击杀是最快的方式.
③Boss战前,让Don去死命,将生命数清空,利用死命导致的单人模式bug,减少Boss的血量.
④Boss战结束时,距离卷闸门越近越节省时间,但是Don需要击杀Boss,不可能达到.

Stage3

①开场立即AB清空Raph的血量,在断桥处,利用箭腿击杀Raph会反弹到左边,此时Raph进入仍受控制的僵尸模式,没有敌方仇恨,此后所有关卡变成单人模式,该Bug会导致在友方Gameover状态时,在某些场景中不再刷新单人模式的敌兵,Boss血量也变为单人模式.尸体模式的角色生命数必须≥2才能被Gameover玩家借命.
②中途铁桥上击杀Don,1PGameover,利用死命bug和僵尸模式,减少了2蓝兵、2棒子、2鞭子、3刀兵.
③Boss战前击杀Don,1PGameover,利用死命bug和僵尸模式,减少了3棒子、2浅蓝兵.
④Boss战结束时,离右边版面越近,越节省时间.

Stage4

①此阶段为正常单人模式,即使死命也不会减少敌兵.
②在爬杆子下来敌兵的场景有每64帧的时钟循环,是64的倍数才刷新敌兵.这里没能进入上一个时钟循环,等待了28帧.
③Boss战结束时,角色超过固定坐标点,越节省时间.

Stage5

①此阶段为正常单人模式,即使死命也不会减少敌兵.
②在斜路场景,跳上来的敌兵不能打下水里.击杀在地上比较快.
③在刷新小狗的场景,第8只让Raph普通攻击击杀比较快.
④Boss战结束时,角色超过固定坐标点,越节省时间.

Stage6

①4个机关洞之后上击杀Don,1PGameover,利用死命bug和僵尸模式,减少了3炮兵、1个Pizza.
②6-1Boss战结束时,离右边门越近,越节省时间.
③6-2Boss战结束时,距离记者越近越快,X108、Y104,X148、Y104这2组坐标是最优距离.

Stage7

①在电梯上有每256帧一次循环的降落时机,错过时机,会慢256帧.
②中途击杀Don,1PGameover,利用死命bug和僵尸模式,减少了2电兵、3棒子、5紫兵、5刀兵.
③中途换上Leo,Leo的AB必杀Y轴大,可以快速清兵.
④Boss战前击杀Leo,1PGameover,利用死命bug和僵尸模式,减少了3棒子、3红兵.
⑤Boss战换上Don,快速击杀Boss,结束战斗时,角色超过固定坐标点,越节省时间.

Stage8

①此阶段为正常单人模式,即使死命也不会减少敌兵.
②8-1在Pizza的场景,刷新炮兵之前吃掉Pizza,炮兵会提早32帧出现.
③8-1Boss战斗结束时,距离门越近越快,X223、Y136这组坐标是最优距离.
④8-2在Pizza的场景,刷新炮兵之前吃掉Pizza,炮兵会提早32帧出现.
⑤Boss战前,击杀Raph换上Mike,Don和Mike才是Boss战的最佳组合,伤害最高.
⑥朗格Boss有4种击杀方式:
1.正常的分体、合体、然后击杀.
2.HP低于255时,朗格分体,下半身非攻击状态,上半身在攻击状态,击杀上半身,产生Bug,任何指令无效.
3.HP低于255时,朗格分体,上半身非攻击状态,下半身非攻击状态,击杀下半身,产生Bug,任何指令无效.
4.HP低于255时,朗格分体,上半身非攻击状态,下半身在攻击状态,击杀下半身,朗格无合体动作.游戏正常.
⑦8-2Boss战结束时,朗格尸体有一段移动距离,X95、Y100是最优距离
⑧将Don击杀,降低8-3史莱德的血量.距离门越近越快,X223、Y136这组坐标是最优距离.
⑨引导史莱德,进入闪电状态,快速击杀史莱德.
