This movie is quite probably the best illustration of a tool-assisted speedrun there is.

Ludicrous-speed bouncing around. Completed without collecting any emeralds, with Sonic and Tails.

This run takes everything you know about Sonic and Knuckles and turns it upside-down. It extensively uses the "scroll objects offscreen to pass through them" trick to warp to places that shouldn't be reached, break bosses, and nearly skip entire stages. The total time saved totals to an impressive ten minutes over the previous movie by SprintGod.
