Alex Kidd supposedly was Sega's rival to Nintendo's Mario, but after Sonic the Hedgehog was released, they completely forgot about the Alex Kidd series. This difficult game is shorter than the Master system version, but is a very tight platformer nonetheless.

This 9 second improvement goes through the game quickly and makes use of the helicopter and the motorbike in order to increase speed.
