Action 52 is an unlicensed game made for the NES and Sega Genesis, featuring - you guessed it - 52 different video games. The NES version was published in 1991, whereas the Genesis version was published in 1993. Both versions were published by Active Enterprises.
Armor Battle is game 42/52 in the Sega Genesis version of Action 52. This is a 2 player game with a grey tank and a green tank shooting at each other. You play as the grey tank.
About the TAS:
This TAS aims for Any%, which means completing all 9 levels.
The Improvements:
This is a 42 frame improvement over the previous TAS. 39 frames were saved from implementing the new menuing trick and the other 3 were from earlier input end in the last level.

nymx: There is no sense in keeping this one in the queue, since it is an update to a previously accepted submission. Only difference, mainly, is the improved menuing that LGR found among all the Action 52 games, where its inputs was in question. I talk about this situation in the submission notes for publication of #8715: LoganTheTASer's Genesis Action 52: Knockout in 02:12.05. Because of this, it is now expected to see the re-visits of many of these Genesis Action 52 games, only to be followed by a quick acceptance.
