I doubt that. Also, take for instance the game Krion Conquest. Finalfighter has found ways to get inside walls and stuff (much similar to Mega Man). How many players/users here have done that before on another game? Getting inside walls, zipping through areas, I can go on and on.

I've thought about the menu delay problem with the ROM. Correct me if Im wrong but there are not many times where you have use the menu for switching weapons and such right? How is the delay btw?

Update: The rom doesn't work. It crashes when entering Ghoma's room. I tried it on 2 different emulators. Anyone have a working ROM?
I dont understand why it would crash. I mean I've been told that Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time (U) (V1.0) [!].z64 is the best ROM.

Point is, Rockman is far more glitchier and trickier than Super Metroid and obviously cannot be performed on a console, certainly not after several dozen times.

How can you people start discussing if Saturns upcoming run is "star material"? With all due respect to Saturn, we have not seen anything (besides his short avi clips) from his current run, and once he is done with the run, then it would be more suitable to discuss if it deserves a star or not. Im not trying to pull down peoples enthusiasm or bringing negativity to this thread but as you all know, there is a lot of important issues a certain movie must fulfil in order to get a star, and thats what we'll know in a few months. Also (similar to the discussion about the Mega Man runs), if Saturns run would get a well-deserved star, shouldnt then JXQ's 100% get a star? Shouldnt whoever does a any% run also receive a star (of course, assuming the run is worthy a star)? Then we would have four runs of a similar game having a star. So there are some issues to think about.

First fight (Dhalsim): Liked the first round, excellent variety. Didnt like so much the end of second round because of your throw which takes too long to perform so you could have chosen to throw him with Ken's other throwing techique which has less animation.
Second fight (Deejay): Good first round, nothing special to say about the second round.
Third fight (Guile): What I noticed in the second round is that you use the flying kick technique to move forward rather than walking which is pretty clever I might add :)
Same thing with the first bonus stage, you used your flying technique to move faster to the other side of the car, once again, clever move.
Forth fight (Cammy): Nothing special to say about this fight.
Fifht fight (E-HONDA!!): Nice you let us see when he tries to attack you with that "thousand fist of fury" thingy.
Sixth fight (FeiLong): Many kicks towards Fei's head, nice.
Absolutely loved your speed through the second bonus stage.
Seventh fight (Zangief): Did not enjoy seeing you throw punches without hitting him but liked the second round as you showed some variety in your punching.
Eight fight (T-Hawk): same as the Cammy fight, nothing particular to add here.
Ninth fight (Balrog): 10 hits in the first round, Awesome! Second round was also entertaining :)
Almost thought you missed a barrel there :D
Tenth fight (Vega): Vega dropped his iron claw in the second round, thats the only thing I found most interesting not that your fight was bad or anything.
Eleventh fight (Sagat): Beautiful first round, 9 hit combo and hell, the second round you hit that tall bastard with a 11 hit combo! Need I say more? :)
Final fight (M.Bison): Ken kicks Bisons butt and marries Eliza, happy ending :)

I think SprintGod has the record for the highest rerecord for a run. 160 000 I believe...... so take your time and minimize every jump, backwalking etc, aim for frame perfection :)
