There are also people like me who download the avi file and burn loads of movies into a single dvd-disc and viewing it on a dvd-player such as Kiss-DP-1000 who can play avi files (able to play codecs such as: divx 3,4,5 and xvid). If my dvd-player is not able to play this video with it's new codec then I'm forced to encode the file from avi to vcd.

Nach I understand your point so here is a further explaination of what I meant with improvement. It seems that all tiny bits are combined with each other, for instance, planning a game (like Phil's and Genisto's SuperCastlevania), how well it was executed, how well the glitches/tricks/taking hits to save time were used and explored and finally how big the chances are to improve it for a new version. If a movie is not even close to be improved after it has been voted to be published then it states the quality of the movie, the efficiency, the performance, the entertainment value. I hope I explained myself well but I sincerely understood your point. * Btw, can someone tell me the difference between the entertaining category and the most unbelieveable movie category, because I have hard time to distinguish them.*

Comparing dkc with other movies in snes I would not nominate it because the other movies are more entertaining and a bit better planned such as Super Castlevania 4 by Phil Côté and Genisto. Now that is a FLAWLESS RUN, I don't think it is possible to even improve it (even if it is possible to improve it, then it sure as hell would not be a big improvement). So that's my objective vote (if I would have be subjective I would have picked Super Metroid any % by Terimakasih) run: Super Castlevania 4 by Phil Côté and Genisto. Regarding Terimas run, yes it is indeed a beautiful run but I would bet you could improve it by perhaps 1 or 2 minutes. Because I feel that he did not entirely explore all possible areas to improve like in Super Castlevania as Phil and Genisto did. In their run, you really got the impression that they really tried to use every glitch, trick, taking hits to save time. I feel that Terima perhaps could have taken more hits in various places to save time.

I suggest that we should first vote or create sections for nes, snes etc (I suggest max 5-6 sections for each system). After we have agreed the sections for each system, we should wait until either November 1 or December 1 to decide which movies should be part of each section. Because I think it would probably be the best for this site to first create the sections and after that, voting on which movies to be nominated and finally, set a date for the last day a movie would count for a section.

Anyway, if someone else wants to hurry things up that person may begin making categories, because I have no internet connection and will get it about 3-4 weaks from now. How about it`? Every year we viewers and/or a some certain people of this site would annonunce movies for best timeattack of the year, best obsoletion/ed movie of the year, best entertaining movie of the year etc etc for each category like snes, nes, sega genesis and maybe other games. And perhaps voting for gentlemen of the year here on this site :) Would certainly be a cool thing to do.

If you are trying to be funny or being sarcastic, you failed terribly. I have no internet connection at home anymore and I'm posting this reply through my college library. Therefore I have not much time to scroll or read all the 10 pages on this thread, so your input were pretty much a waist of time if you were trying to be funny by giving this threads link.
