The submission message follows: <blockquote class="quote">I received this submission in email from mr. Mana's friend, mr. Pom. It was made using VirtuaNES 0.92, but I converted it to Famtasia format using <a href="http://tasvideos.org/Blip.html">blip</a>'s conversion utility. The movie originally had a 72-frame wait at the startup screen and stopped the movie a little late, because the author believed that only the time between pressing Start and at the end matters. However, because we need to be able to calculate and compare times precisely, I updated the movie to eliminate these delays. This required me to replay some parts of the movie due to changed enemy paths. The parts were: <ul><li> 8-2: time=354 </li><li> 8-3: time=296 </li><li> 8-3: time=293 </li><li> 8-3: time=279-275 </li><li> 8-3: time=269-250 </li><li> 8-4: time=315 </li></ul>Regardless of these changes, I still consider this Mana.'s work. This is a full completion of SMB and aims for speed and entertainment. It does not have any other mathematical goal (such as best score). I just watched it and it wasnt not bad at all. I agree that if people dont like this genre then simply dont watch it. If you are gonna make judgement, then do it on the performance, not for wich genre the game is.

Excellent point :) btw, today (15/11) is the day!! fortunate peoples can get metroid prime 2 but we in sweden have to wait until 26/11 for the game to be released... :(

This game seems extremly beautiful made compared to MP1. I saw yesterday 22 vids for MP2 and man that was some very nice graphical improvements. They have really put an effort to make a new story, new features, screwattack is back :))). And considering of what I have seen so far in the vids, I think after a couple of months the best speedrun time for this game will be close around 2hours. Kip and Radix should go for it.

I dont know if this is any help to you Phil but I remember that game pretty good. *Boss Hint* For instance when you play with Haggar and are facing a boss who is going to charge/run against you, you can swing your entire arms to prevent getting hit. *Regular Enemy Hint* I havent got this confirmed but there are various effective ways to kill regular enemies with very short lifes. "Heading/Head-butting" a enemy is most probably the best way instead of beating him 3-4 times with your arms until he dies.

I totally agree with Josh, Haggar (he is by far the strongest and best character compared with the other character Cody or whatever his name is) is most certain the best character to use for any speedrun or timeattack of Final Fight and it would be real nice to se either a timeattack or a speedrun of this game. Hope someone will go for this.

hehe Im not sure if you have to catch the fish to be able to count as part of the 100% run. Also a question to TSA: When you rolled all throuh your speedrun, could it have been done faster if you have instead "Side-Jumped" all the way? It seems it would perhaps be a bit faster..

well I dont hesitate for a second calling him God of sonic, and what errors/flaws are u refering to? and if u can maintain that sort of speed and near 100% accurate jumps, moves etc then be my guest and make a timeattack or speedrun on that game.

Wanna bet its been accepted both official and unofficial? I voted yes and havent seen the emu yet but according to peoples comments it seems as a nice run + the authors comments and being a Megaman freak this was a clear yes-vote. Hope it gets converted to avi very soon.

Ziplock I for instance never can get bored or tired to death of Metroid games :) And its pretty hard and even not possible to go on with your suggestion as Arc said.
