You are aware that we already have a published TAS (in the star tier no less) that uses skips like this on almost every track? These new discoveries are simply faster skips for tracks that were already broken.
No the current published run does not use skips like this for "almost every track". Read more thoroughly what I wrote before. I said if a run looked liked that during an entire run, I would not find it enjoyable and thus vote no. It would be very repetitive. The current run does a lot of crazy maneuvers, variety, shortcuts and whatnot. Certainly deserves more than well its star.

I have been here from almost the beginning of the site (meaning about 16 years), I do not recall seeing any submission adding political content prior to Upthorn's run. On a related note, a german football player took a knee in lieu with LBM and George Floyd. The player risked hefty fine as basically all political activities during a football game is forbidden and goes against UEFA's policy. In this case though, FIFA, said something along the lines of: "use common sense". The reply was towards the german football association and since then, the association is no longer keen on fining the player. I think the same logic can be applied here.

Much obliged moozooh! Per your recommendation, I watched the whole first season of Dorohedoro. I think it was after the second episode where I was persuaded to watch the whole thing. I quite enjoyed it on Netflix. By the end, almost every scene with Johnson and Ebisu was gold :D Also covered the latest of Castlevania.

I found this run to be entertaining and gets my yes vote. I have never really been into the world of Super Smash Bros. but I am thinking of buying the recent one (Ultimate). Somehow, Mothrayas's run got me more interested.

moozooh my beloved friend! :) I will definitely give a shot to your recommendations. I am veeeery late to the Netflix party but I subscribed a few months ago and came across quite good shows like Baki. Again, I highly recommend watching One Punch Man. What signifies the show is its humour, combining different various animation and has a 100% rotten tomato score.
As far as finding similar shows like Shigurui, I think it's safe bet there won't be any similar show. Believe it or not, I created a twitter account, just to send a tweet to the shows director and hoping they would resume working on the show. I managed to inspire another guy to do the same lol..
I am absolutely mesmerized by Shigurui. The way Fujiki discovers various technique and how it is animated is quite astonishing to me. His nemesis, Irako Seigen (some sites type his name as Seigen Irako, not sure which one is his first name), mockingly taunts him so bad, you can feel Fujiki's anger.
I just found out that the guy who voiced Kogan Iwamoto died 2014 :( Shigurui certainly isn't your typical commercialized anime show.
