I have with utter joy visited your googlepage every single say since I found out that you two are working on this and what a thrill it has been so far. The run feels so much more alive with hitting many enemies as possible, firing a lot of crosses, using your wip. It feels like you are having fun, and that's very important when you make a tas. 8-1 was amazing. If you keep this up, I will definitely vote for that the run gets a well deserved star. Keep going!

Yeah I think picking Cody would be faster but for entertaining reason, I would definitely pick Haggar. But chosing Haggar shouldn't cost much time compared with Cody. What you say about the Arcade version is probably true (I say probably because I have obviously played this lovely game for both snes and the arcade version and I recall you could do that). But if someone would approach the game like that, we would probably see less action so you have to think about it. I think most tases of these type of games do that so I guess Final Fight should be no exception, despite the fact how incredibly awesome Haggar smells, feels, talks, walks and most importantly, kicks ass! :D I wish to God someone will pick this up.

Hoooooooly shit! What the hell happened in 4-2?? This is turning out to be one of my favourite tases ever. You guys sure it was the best solution to jump twice at 3-3 at the stairs where the bat was approaching you? The bats ain't hard to manipulate but I guess you have tested all possibilities. Maybe I have too much expectations but I expected the Dragon fight to be shorter, but I know that when I fought it, it had some disgusting long invincibility period once it's twin was down. Edit: I assume 4-4 aint properly dealt with? Cause you didn't hit all candles :P

I am not a huge Resident Evil fan but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing a tas of this game. In fact, once it's done, I think a lot of people will thoroughly enjoy it because how pretty smooth the game looks compared with the first Resident Evil game and the fact that it looks to be a somewhat fun game. I hope you guys can endure the desynchs. I recommend using Toadking's tas input window.

I just rewatched sparky's 1:01 run and there are enemies and other objects where you can scandash from, whereas he used morph ball to boost in various areas.

I just thought of something interesting! Some or many of you have already thought of this before but I have never seen anyone mention it before. In a tas, we will obviously move godly via frame precision and razersharp scandashing. That being said, why should we pick boost ball? Think about it! Skipping boost ball in an any% run, we would avoid a pretty major detour going to Phendrana and all. Think of all the loading periods between doors, areas to cross and even cutscenes. When I think of all this, I am pretty sure we would gain a lot of seconds in the end skip getting boost ball.
