For the record, I do not believe Islam is a religion of peace, nor do I think christianity, judaism or hinduism to be a peaceful religion. The "Islam is extra frightful and more violent religion" is utter bullshit. I remember George W Bush stating he went through with the war with Afghanistan and Iraq because his "christian god" told him to.. Imagine what world we would live in if god told lets say the prime minister of Sweden to attack Denmark or a "normal" human to go complete apeshit and fire everyone at sight. Why? Because god told them to do so.

Nowadays, I usually don't pay great deal of attention to someone's signature but I couldn't stop noticing and get a little offended by Bisqwit's signature. I can't copy it but it says: Islam is not a religion of peace and recommends us to visit www.godslearningchannel.com. Now I aint no muslim but whether or not those were Bisqwit's own words, I don't like it at all. I would definitely feel the same if someone said Buddhim is not a religion of peace. Furthermore, I don't like seeing an ad about GLC (God's learning channel), this is tasvideos. Yeah I know I am maybe beeing too sensitive about this but eh.. That's just how I feel.

That was a nice display of refreshness and monstrous speed. Well done gentlemen! Obvious yes vote. Now, who amongst you will work on a 120 star run? :) You gotta complete the circle baby! Why not all of you + maybe a few others and call yourselves Mario 64 All-Star team? Mario64-tas-allstar.mp4. Sounds very neat :)

I am giving this a Bluray yes vote! The Mega Man 1 run is going to be even more crazier. For me, it might even become more entertaining than Sonick 3 & Knuckles run, which I regarded to be the most entertaining tas of all time.

I think a lot of people should show more appreciation towards Aktan. Folks, he went through a lot of trouble and whatnot to encode these files for us. Aktan, thanks a lot my friend for the encodes, especially the celtex version which I will be gladly seeding.

Where in the rules does it say its forbidden to distribute rom hacks? All I can see is this: "Discussion board rules are enforced where applicable (for example, asking for ROM links or providing them is not allowed)" That does not say anything about hacks. I have seen a hundreds of times where authors have linked to the patch and other various stuff for their submissions. Is there anyway we can get rid off this gigantic moronic site manager? I haven't been this angry in ages every since I went at it with Fabian. I honestly have no faith in you Nach, I have never despised an admin like you before. Banning Kennyman666 and I for distribution of a rom hack is sheer stupidity, but at the same time I didn't expect more from you. Thank you for taking a bit my enthusiasm awaywhen Kenny and I were discussing my 9 tas run. You sicken me.

I believe Derakon pretty much summed up my thoughts on this project. I mainly see this as a technical challenge and by God, I shall prevail! I will submit it once it's done but I obviously have no expectation for it to be accepted.
This project will hopefully start this week. Wish me luck :P (hope I don't get burned tasing this huge project).

This is most excellent news :) Billiard (one of dolphin's expert when it comes to plugins) will most probably aid you/us soon. Some things needs first to get handled before he can assist you.

Thank you Toad King for your report. If you don't mind, I delivered your report to skidau (a vested coder at dolphin) and who is a bit interested in fixing the tas problem with dolphin and he wanted to ask you this: (from irc)
<@skid_au> can you answer for me? he needs to "all input polls be recorded as separate sequences"
<@skid_au> so that every input is recorded
<@skid_au> that way we know that the TAS will be the same in the replay

From the Your computer specification thread:
Derakon, I haven't so I am open for suggestions. Kyman, I don't think I will be adding tasvideos logo in the middle, I want the challenge of a 9th game aswell. Note that I am assuming many parts will involve avoding getting killed from spikes and whatnot :)
PikachuMan, my screen is 23.5inch so there wont be any problem.

I was wondering if anyone still has this run as .mkv or mp4? Long story short, when my former computer died, all media files went with it :( I know I uploaded it once or twice before for Omegawatcher and someone else but those links appears to be d.e.a.d.! Damn, lots of deaths lately :P

So far, I am liking Baxter's idea the most, namely tasing 9 games at the same time. I guess I could somehow mainly focus on Mega Man 3-6 + the other 3 hacks so Mega Man 1 and 2 can catch up timewise. So, Mega Man 1-6 + 3 hacks, all stages completion, no major glitching involved (see Mothrayas reasoning), yay or nay?

Hi thar!
I was thinking of tasing Mega Man 1, Mega Man 2, Mega Man 3, Mega Man 4, Mega Man 5, Mega Man 6 along with 3 approved other Mega Man hacks (I could possibly instead do 8 random games but I prefer Mega Man games, I am open for suggestion). Adelikat suggested that I should this time (remember my 1 stage demo of the sextuple tas?) finish the whole runs, which I thought wouldn't look good since you would look at two blank screens (Mega Man 1 and 2) for probably more than 15 minutes. But he said you can replay levels in Mega Man 1, but unfortunately not in Mega Man 2 (?). That puts me into a dilemma. Feel free to add suggestions.

Thanks for the encode Critical Five. I enjoyed this run. The author seems to planned his run very well and it payed off. Congrats to your first submission partyboy and I hope it will get accepted. Used to play all the time this game when I was a tiny fist :P
