Im afraid I have to vote meh on this submission. Its absolutely not your fault I wont vote yes, its due to the game. Your gameplay looked (note I have no knowledge about this game) fast and optimized. At first, I was prepared to vote yes when I viewed your run for the first few minutes but then it got somewhat tedious when you have to replay the levels over and over. But Im very pleased to know you submitted this knowing how unstable Mupen is for some people.

I feel there are some things I must explain for this WIP. When I grab the ladder for the first time in Mega Man 4 (when I've switched to the Balloond Adaptor) I decided its better to let Mega Man climb all the way up until the screen started to scroll than shooting in Mega Man 5 to kill the enemy. Because, as you all know, when you fire while climbing a ladder, you cant move upwards so thats why I waited a few frames before I moved on in Mega Man 5 and 6 etc.
Another imporant aspect to mention, in Mega Man 6 near the end of the ship and the first bomb platform, I could have obviously progressed there instead of waiting but as you all can see, my objective was to move/slide to the left in Mega Man 3 quickly as possible so I could move on in Mega Man 4, 5 and 6. I could have jumped on the first platform in Mega Man 6 and you have obviously 3 seconds to move forward or otherwise it will blow up but if I would have chosen to do that (while moving to the left for Mega Man 3), then I would have no chance of reaching the second platform because by then, the first platform would have been disappeared by explosion.
