Well said and I agree. The top 3 fighters Fedor, Mirco and Wanderlei Silva have fought (well not Silva vs Fedor) each other and as you know, Fedor beat Mirco but I think Mirco wasnt too confident in himself that time and for these things, confidence matters a lot. Silva has also beaten Mirco but in their recent fight, the "new" Mirco we saw really kicked Silvas ass in a spectacular show. Almost everyone before the fight thought Silva would have won pretty easily against a man who lacked confidence in himself but damn, he proved everyone wrong badly!

This WIP finishes the first stage of Mega Man 5 and 6 (note that obviously the boss fights still remains) and if you still have the old .avi of the former WIP then I seriously recommend you to delete it because this version is 10 times better than my last performance thanks to Frame advance and other minor stuff. You'll naturally see a lot of weird stuff (slowdowns etc) going on but I can assure you all that all the badlooking actions was necessary to survive and make the run look smooth as possible. e: At least you didn't make the mistake that Xaphan made in the beginning of Lunaedge's level: you didn't waste time using the fire VShot to melt the ice.

Maybe you downloaded DeHackEd's .avi of the previous run. I believe SprintGods run was the first time Bisqwit encoded a run with H.264 and it did not look as sharp and smooth compared with todays encoded runs.

I wish to share my excitement with everyone that the adjustment (Frame advancing) took less than 20 minutes to complete. Furthermore, I also would take this opportunity to thank xoinx, the three Swedish musketeers Fabian, Truncated and Cardboard, moozooh, adelikat Vandal, Vatchern, Asteron, HHS, of course my very supporting, understanding and near friend and partner Baxter and everyone else who I know in their mind wished me well. Sometimes, it is enough to say simple things as: "thank you", "I apologise", "you will make it" etc in various situations to make a person feel better and I am one of those people so everyone's encouragement helpt me greatly. Im advancing a bit faster (Im sure the speed of my progress will increase with time through Frame Advance) now compared with playing at 3% speed so no more excuses or delays.

Precisely. Knowing this submission does not do anything particular to publish it. There is no concept or demoish in this run, its just another version of Mario, nothing else. Again, Bisqwits walkathon run is 10 times more clearer goal than this. It showed that you dont need to press the run button to finish the game. Phils run shows that you can change ROM version and claim its faster run than Poms. I dont like the idea of accepting these type of runs, because if we do accept it, then everyone can pick different ROM versions to complete a certain game faster and claim its a demonstration. Demonstration of what? Demonstration of getting published?
