After a while, it desyncs framewise playing at 100% and using Frame Advance. Awesome... And now it works again, can it be more unreliable? :)

I know a bit more of this bug. I know Im 110% right. Conclusion is, FCEU is out of sync frame wise when opening 4 FCEUs and playing at lower speed than 100%. I confirmed this by playing 100% speed now and frame advancing. It did not desync frame wise. Ya'll know the story when playing at 3% and 25% speed, it desyncs. Can anyone fix this minor issue? Its very very important for my contribution of the quad run :(

How can this make .12 better? it can't even be set up to do a quad run.
Only problem with .12 is that it crashes if it has been paused for a long time. Also, when you lower your speed while TASing (while using fceu v 16), I dont want to see that confirmed because Its a) annoying and disturbing my TASing, and b) it wont let me see a frame because it takes a frame for it to disappear. Version .12 feels so much more stable. Its just a feeling, I cannot explain it.

Im trying not to curse when Im typing this post because Im really Angry. See, this is why blips version is the best and solid NES emulator I have ever used. "Todays" bug with fceu v.16, replay (quad run) all movies, then for example pause them for example at frame 500 to make a save, and what did I notice? (similar when I played at 3% speed) One fceu is one frame behind the other, meaning, one fceu is showing frame 550, while another one is showing frame 551 even though I run them simultaneously. This time I used Frame Advance.

But that has never been a issue for me and I dont believe thats the problem. Problem is that when I hit the start button numerous times, the other FCEU's wont register my input after a few frames.

We hope to give you guys soon our first WIP as we could not wait any longer to begin with this very exciting project. This is how you replay our run/quad run:
1. Open 4 FCEU's (note: I recommend using the latest FCEU version to replay our WIP; v.16 21th release and you might wanna adjust their size so they will fit nicely your screen).
2. Open all 4 roms (Mega Man 3 (U) [!].nes, Mega Man 4 (U).nes, Mega Man 5 (U).nes, Mega Man 6 (U).nes) obviously in each FCEU and Pause all games.
3. Replay each proper fcm to each game (make sure all FCEU's are still paused).
4. "Enable background input" (at Config).
5. Unpause (if step 3 works, all FCEU's should unpause) and Rock n Roll!
Edit:
For comfort, I would suggest "Enabling background input" after opening all 4 ROM's so you dont have to click on each seperate FCEU to replay (there is a hotkey for this) the movies.

Honestly, was it so difficult to understand? It was very very late last night when I wrote that. Instead of writing unpresent, I should have typed: "unpleasant". Thats how late and tired I was. I do exactly as I wrote in the above quote. I press as in aim my finger on the start (Enter) button and hold it down every frame (=I've enabled both pause and start button on the same button), that means Nitsuja, hope Im being clear now, otherwise we would have to either draw a picture or do a clip of what Im doing, that Im pushing the start button from frame 1, to frame 300-400. Why? Because Im trying to find the fastest frame to get to the menu selection. In the process of doing this, 4 FCEU's are open, and while pressing start every frame, sometimes two FCEU's will cooperate my commands, sometimes three will, sometimes all of them will.
Note that this issue is so far regarding for the start button, I havent experienced this while shooting, jumping sliding etc.

We (me and Baxter) just began working on our quad run. Issue/bug I had was that when you press start every frame, there will unfortunately occur unpresent result as pausing another fceu (we obviously run 4 fceus for our quad run). Can this issue quickly be resolved? Its rather important because we will obviously do a lot of start, weapon switching and stage selecting.

I agree that the second quest is unnecessary. Because, all you get is a 20 seconds of ending and then you restart again.. not worth it.

Angerfist, your opinion on repetitive confuses the hell out of me. There is a TMNT2 movie on this site that is 27 minutes long, and consists of the following: teleport next to foot soldier, do jump attack, repeat hundreds of times. You recommended this movie for a star.

What can I say, Im a sucker when someone does that and thats why I wanted it to get a star. In my opinion, that repetitiveness is more fun, less boring and amusing. Its matter of opinions as I completely dont understand why Kyrsimys dont want SprintGod's Sonic3&Knuckles run to get a star. Makes my Fist vibrate even more at him! Not teleporting/wrapping would make his run a lot slower. Also note that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is a popular game compared with Rambo. Hmm I think Mega Man 2 is the best one but in my opinion, Mega Man 3 has the best stage music (every stage is beautifully orchestrated) although Mega Man 2 is also a strong candidate in that category.

Guano, I have absolutely no intention of discouraging you or to belittle your submission. I just wanted you to know that I believe my My Test WIP is around 15 frames faster than your first level (note that I did not defeat the first boss). However, I took the flame so who knows if I would have been 15 frames faster if I had the dagger. The reason why I like the flame is because its still active after it has landed on the ground, thus any zombie ahead will be killed walking on it. Another thing that should be improvable is your first boss battle. When you are shooting at it, jump forward so your shots will connect quicker.
Edit 2: Actually, I dont think it should be slower taking the flame in the first level because both you and Arc took it in the second level.
