Lucca also has an item that does that, but I suspect you don't want to use that all the time.

Would a movie that doesn't cheat be published faster? I think skipping the levels with a code is cheating.

Yeah, I remembered while watching how along with only being able to have one M-tank at a time, if you have an M-tank, other M-tanks won't appear. So I saw a few more M-tank locations during the run that I don't normally see because I like to hoard tanks.

If you do a run where you're not allowed to use the warp glitch like that, why would you be allowed to use it elsewhere?

Yeah, he said that clearing lines at the very top also makes the bottom row disappear, and when you get a tetris at the top, it makes a line that won't go away.

I think it's funny how last year, this was an amazing new feature that everyone was clamoring for. Now it's standard, but nobody realizes what it's for.

If you go back and change something but later decide you didn't want to, you can use your old savestates to restore the timeline with bullet-proof recording. If FCEU didn't do that, the movie would be stuck with the bad change and your old future savestates would be worthless and cause desyncs.

Yeah, that's done on purpose to implement "bullet-proof recording", where the savestate saves its own timeline so you don't mess it up by going back in time. But couldn't you just copy the files with a command in your file system?
