I'm using Windows XP, and for me the frame advance key also unpauses the game if it's paused and makes it try to go fast until I close the emulator.

Well, you would want to set some limits, like "Get to the door expending no more than 5 bombs and 10 arrows" or something like that. I'm really not sure how you could work weapon switches in there.

Heh, maybe you could have bounced back and forth off the walls in the long chute to make it a little more interesting. Oh well, you've finished it all right.

I think the Game Boy games other than 2 have horizontal momentum in the air, but the rest don't.

I think it would just be a game save, not a hack... But how exactly does saving work on the FDS? Doesn't it overwrite part of the actual game?

From what I heard, the levels are already there in the FDS version, but you need to unlock some of them by beating the game eight times. So I guess you would want a game that already has eight stars saved.

Here's the latest post I can find here. http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=27256&highlight=#27256 But since Ziplock's a GameFAQs contributor, there's a good chance he uses some of their message boards, too.

It starts out behind, then the water moves back when you board Bowser's sub.

You can only shoot through the shield because your shots are faster? I remember you could shoot through the Leaf Shield quite easily in the Game Boy version.
