These are when pronouncing to myself. The only ones I would say out loud like that to another person are TAS, acmlm, Snes9x, NES, and SNES.

Yeah I would hope you wouldn't say that one out loud.

Okay. But I thought I read somewhere that it had a different palette on Super Game Boy than on Game Boy Color.

Here are some thoughts: Did you make sure to test whether using the rock made you fall faster anywhere else? Did you also test if jumping to the second platform in the cloud bouncing game would be faster because you might not fall as far? Also, your speedboat swimming style is cool, but please only use it when necessary because it takes up a sound channel.

I think it was that the SGB itself had the palette, not Metroid 2. Hell, Metroid 2 was released before the SGB, wasn't it?
You know, that could very well be possible. Everybody seems to assume Nintendo anticipated the release of the Super Game Boy and programmed secret palettes into the games themselves, but it might be more likely that they just programmed the Super Game Boy to recognize a few of their older titles.

But wouldn't it be nice to have just one release that gives you both options?

Come to think of it, doesn't Metroid 2 have a color scheme hidden in it that a Super Game Boy will automatically load? It's too bad that VisualBoyAdvance doesn't emulate that.

Or, you could stick with 4 and follow the advice in the bottom-left corner here, minus the password.
Is there any way to turn that password into RGB values?

Yeah, how do you know it isn't the other way around, and Matthew was just the pseudonym? Or maybe they're both pseudonyms!

I didn't know the Bunny Hood increased your speed in this game. Are you sure?

Digimon has the naming scheme where all the monsters' names end with -mon.. not Pokemon. Just clearing that up. =] Would be odd to say that he's an expert at pokemon games while changing his name to that of a Digimon.
Isn't Ditto's name Metamon?

What would be funny is if you could enter Shifting Sand Land the wrong way. I remember dropping Mips into Shifting Sand Land once.

Actually you need warlus only one Boggy race. Other race you go with sprint shoes.
Really? I thought you had to beat the walrus race just to be able to play the speed shoes race.

Yeah, in the first FDS Eggerland you just had to be a few pixels out of synch with Don Medusa, and then he couldn't hurt you unless he physically bumped into you. I know that there's even a walk-on-by situation in Adventures of Lolo 3, though. In level 2-5, you can just run straight across the heart and he won't get you. I'm not sure if it's the timing, the fact that you're running over a heart, or both, though.

Yeah, dude, who cares about 2005 anymore? Just admit that these time-based award thingies were a bad idea.

What would be more fun is if you could make up your own rank for yourself whenever you want to! Just have a box on the profile page somewhere where you can type in what you want to be called, and it'll show up under your name! Don't you think that's a good idea?
