Uh, it kinda is. It's a Master System game hacked to be a Game Boy Advance game. Why don't you get a Master System emulator fixed up and approved instead if you're so intent on running this game?

Okay, I heard it was just unplayable on certain emulators, but that's why I'm going to help my sister finish her game on the original prototype ROM to find out what happens.

Are you sure? I heard that it was just some older emulators that needed the patch. I'm going to try playing through the whole game in FCEU these next few weeks to make sure, though.

I think he already figured it out quite a while ago, but the formula's too tricky to simply calculate the fastest way to get what you want.

Nah, I think this site considers Red and Blue to be the same game. If one appears to have a speed advantage over the other, that's the one that gets chosen.

Yeah, please don't make a movie with dual audio again. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to make mplayer play the other track, but I still never found it, and now my copy of mplayer seems to be broken from all that command-line fiddling.

Yeah, usually the cause is savestates that don't save everything correctly. Hopefully it's just a matter of it storing the wrong frame number rather than not storing all the memory contents it's supposed to. But yeah, if you can find lots of evidence of where a savestate changes something, go ahead and show it on some coder board, and maybe somebody will figure it out.
