The physics are laughable. You can be moving foward, and jump too late to clear a ledge or rock or whatever, and once your height passes it, sonic continues to move forward at top speed.
Heehee, that's like how Rockman World 1 and 3 let you build up speed even when you're pushing against a wall, so you can pop up over or under it with your full speed. Or just some speed, if you weren't pushing Left or Right but were recently.

Oh, so... While Banjo's holding the Jiggy, he gets knocked over, gets back up, and THEN does the dance?

Right, I'm just saying it looks as though you could dodge around the crabs before and after grabbing it.

I kept staring at that for a while... And then I started to imagine him taking hours of his free time just to cram all his hair through that tiny hole in his helmet. That's funny.

If they hadn't made Zero look so anorexic and girly, it would have been fine. The hair does seem a bit out of place, though.
Well, see, I think the current art style is supposed to give every character the body of a female supermodel, regardless of gender.

If by red Megaman you mean red robot, then yes, I would agree. The similarities stop fairly quickly when you compare them correctly. Play X3 and switch between them. You'll see enough of a difference to know that he isn't "just a red version."
Well yeah, he also has those spiky things on the back of his head! He wouldn't be Zero without those cool spiky things!

Hmm, since you brought it up, I decided to try to watch it... But the submission page gives an error! What happened?

I don't know if you can speed up the gameplay much at all, but I wouldn't mind watching a run just so I could see the whole game without the stress of playing.

But I recognize the Magnet Beam and how you use that! And I recognize what happens when you push Select a whole bunch! So it works for me.

Or we could try to fix whatever causes the desynchronization! But I bet nobody wants to.

Bag of Magic Food, that happens with me too if i open mupen64 + some h264 videos on VLC and other stuff. When i close those things and then restart mupen64, it stops giving me the errors. But it's a rare problem here.
Okay, the next time I watch a Nintendo 64 movie, I'll try closing all other video-related applications I have running. I'll let you know if that helps any.

What if you're not familiar with the game, so you think all the enemies dropping hearts is normal? What if it's a game that hardly anyone's familiar with?

I liked the Top Gun review just because it introduced me to the sequel. Top Gun with non-stop action! Wow!
