I actually hope he will redo it someday (which I'm already doing for mine) because he was so close to :39.

Been waiting on this forever ;) EXCELLENT run. I've been redoing my 100% because of all the mistakes I noticed, but now this makes my run look even worse :P Super yes vote.

Also, I'm starting my 100% tas on this game now, but for now I'm just planning and testing.

Question: In SRX, when you're going to resolve the 5 vents at the beginning of the game, isn't it faster to jump out and/or over of the water instead of slow-walking through it? This is the only issue I can think off of the top of my head in regards to this run.
Running through the water is faster by 6 frames. moozooh: Unmorphing instantly or after reaching the ground depends on the situation, like the height of the fall. Yes, there was some lag, not a big concern to me though. I might have been able to accelerate faster, the most saved would probably be 1 frame. Dunno what you mean by ugly, but it was necessary to save a frame (by cutting the corner).

I believe Megafrost did that in his explanation, but it can be edited out if necessary.

Some of you have probably not heard from me in a while, but that does not mean I haven't been working on my 100%. I won't be posting a wip, I'm just letting everyone know it will be done soon.

Hehe, TDK, you make me nervous. I hope you don't obsolete my run when I get up to like Ridley or something, that'd be depressing. =)
You see, when you work on fusion for over half a year and have to keep starting over, you go crazy, and you want to get the run done as soon as possible with any means possible, which means I won't be posting my wip (so you won't learn any new "tricks").

Heh, well, I haven't compared it to deign yet, but in my opinion it looks pretty good. I'm still in sector 1.

Er, ok, so now we have 3 people working on a 100% TAS? Edit: it seems like we'll all be stealing each others ideas :/

Slow, but awesome. Its going to be like 10 times better (and faster) than the segmented one.

Power definately, and maybe speed. I think the fastest way to do damage is to get "lucky" hits, thought I'm not sure how easily that can be manipulated.

Heh, ok. I'm guessing that was one of your first TAS's, which is why it wasnt that great.

I'd love to do a TAS of Inspector Gadget. It think its a good game to choose because you can use "gadgets", which would make for an interesting run. If anyone would like to see what this game is like, I can make a practice run of level 1.

I'm putting the run off for now, especially because its such a hard run and its a lot of work. If someone else wants to do it, go right ahead.

I dont know about hard mode, but being very close and being inside should still do the same damage.

Dragonfangs is right, you dont have to be inside mega-x. You just have to be really close.
