1: Tentatively no, unless it would make a higher-quality video.* 2: Currently, it's split up by levels. Mushroom Hill might need to be split up into acts, as it's nearly 12 minutes long, due to... 3: No, nothing's skipped, cut, or glossed over... mostly because I didn't think to cut the Special Stages out of the original AVI, and Nitsuja's script skips past some (comparatively) normal gameplay. Of course, if you'd prefer the "boring" bits cut, I can re-encode. :P *Also, if there's a guide anywhere for making good-quality Youtube uploads, that'd be nice... whether any certain resolution or codec seems to work best, etc.

For the benefit of lazy people, I have created an encode of this run. With Marzo's permission, I'd like to post it up on Youtube.

I've been keeping up with this since MG1, or thereabouts. And all I have to say is this: Hyper Sonic is indeed broken. :P Your run has been superbly entertaining, and I can't wait to see the rest!

Hmm... One game I'd like to see is Chocobo's Dungeon 2. I've done a bit of experimenting, and the RNG appears to be frame-based. At the very least, loading a savestate, then performing the exact same action at different times gives different results. Also, pretty much everything in the game is randomly determined... Enemies can easily be manipulated to miss, all your attacks can be critical, and treasures can be changed to what you need. This is even feasible in realtime with savestates and patience. Text can be fast-forwarded past just by holding L2, which could help make up for the cutscenes. I'd try it myself, but my computer doesn't seem to want to run PCSX...

Hmm. Trying to think of a comment to make, but all the good ones seem to have been done already... ... So I'll just say that I enjoyed this movie immensely. :P ... and was Bicycle-Kicking Shao Khan intended as a reference to that MKII "pure speed" TAS? :P

Hmm... If nobody else wants to, I'd be willing to take a stab at the any% run...
