As an anti-MLP, I'm abstaining to watch, to vote and to encode this run. Those who are voting No only because of MLP/ponies are breaking this rule, just sayin'.

May I ask why you don't wanna hear about uncharted?
I've put God of War and Uncharted because that the two PS3 exclusives I could think of easily. I'm interested in Uncharted, but I guess my first Uncharted game will be on the Vita.

Thank you for your answers. I've also asked this on another forum, Google+ and Facebook. Yeah, I've been that crazy since I've told myself I could get a PS3. Most answers go from "Only if there are exclusive games that you're really interested into" to "No". I've also taken a look at PS3 exclusives. I think the only games I'm really interested into are Valkyria Chronicles, Uncharted and WipeOut. Three games aren't going to make me buy a console that is approaching the end, particularly since most games are also available on PC and Xbox 360! So, my decision is made. No PS3 for me. I'm getting a PSVita thought, since I've been thinking of getting one since a while.

Of course it is generally, but it's more about my case. I've got a gaming PC and an Xbox 360. My main platform is the PC, and my Xbox 360 is only for console exclusives. I've already got the money to buy a PS3 and some games. Is it worth getting in my case? You don't need to bring the Blu-Ray argument, since my PC can play Blu-Ray discs. Also, what are the best PS3 exclusives that aren't God of War and Uncharted?

It was Mukki's decision.

Alright, so I'll make an encode with the gameplay only.

Now that this movie is published, I have a question for all of you. Do you want an encode that skips all of the door/stairs/ladder transitions?

Now that I've voted Yes on that All-Star mode TAS, I'd love to see/make (but especially see, since I suck and I'm too lazy at TASing) one on the Adventure mode. It would have tricks for fighting and tricks for dealing with the stages' obstacles. Once of them would be this crazy glitch by MUGG. Link to video Another one would be luck manipulation on the Zelda stage, so the Triforce appears right behind the player. I guess Captain Falcon would be the best choice for such a TAS, since he's probably the fastest character in the game. What do you think?

So, how did the 2 people that voted yes watch it?
Simple. They haven't. They probably just voted Yes because it's the first GC submission and/or it's Super Smash Bros. Melee.

So, in other words, it's a macro peripheral. In that case, it can be done on any platform, and it doesn't follow the rules here. I would totally be able to do such a thing with my Sidewinder X6 keyboard on the PC version I have.

What?! Holy damn! An encode is necessary for this! But... I couldn't even encode Mega Man 10, so... I might try this but don't expect me to finish one. But seriously, I can't wait for an encode!

Ok so I stumbled upon this video. Link to video It wears [Tool-Assisted] in the title, and the rest of the title means "Dudley Combo Test". I've put this in the Windows forum, because I'm not sure it's possible to emulate Xbox 360 and PS3 games, let alone TAS them, and there's a PC version of this game. But the thing is, the combo seems possible to be played in real time. On the other hand, if you watch the input display on the left, the inputs are done really really fast. Especially the 5-6 last inputs, as they trigger his Ultra Combo. I'm not sure if it's done with Hourglass, with a TAS in-game hidden feature or with a macro keyboard. Do you think this is an actual TAS, and is it possible to use Hourglass with such a game?

I think Mister Epic is encoding it but, due to the slight change in the submission I'm not sure.
Sorry, but not really. I'll be off for a week starting tomorrow, so I would lack time to do this. It's up to another encoder now.

Thanks a lot Fractal. I've deleted the Metroid run since it got an improvement. I'll correct the subtitles as I reencode it.

Metal Slug 6 is not emulable yet. But Metal Slug 7 should be emulable in DesMuMe.

So yeah, I've also uploaded #3228: Cpadolf's SNES Metroid Super ZeroMission in 20:43.28 to NicoVideo. Part 1: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm15065715 Part 2: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm15065844 I've also made language corrections in the logo and the subtitles. Am I missing something again?

lol Well, if I remember correctly, Noob Irdoh is Robin Hood with mixed up letters. That's what Irdoh said.

Iroha now has an oversided derby hat on her head. Sorry Flygon, but IMO, Hats > Pans.

I'll encode this. I'll be busy tomorrow and I'll be off for a week starting Friday. So I think it would be better to leave this submission for another encoder.

Thanks for the translations Fractal. I've made some corrections in the title and the description. I want to write "This is a tool-assisted speedrun, played in an emulator with rerecording and slowing down abilities." in Japanese in the description instead of just ツールアシステッドスピードラン. What would be the right japanese equivalent for that sentence?
