But there are submissions that gets rejected because of the inappropriate emulation. If the emulation's too slow for TASVideos, if I can't find a way to fix this, I'd give up.

Yes, but this time, in my TAS, two players play on the same game area, which is bigger than usual.
In my TAS, I control both of them to finish all 300 levels as fast as possible. I did only 00:31.50 seconds for now, but it's only the beginning. But before I continue, I want to get feedback about those first 00:31.50 seconds.
So, here's the FBM and an SD encode in MKV. Please note that you need these two roms to read the FBM: tgm2.zip and tgm2p.zip. Both are over there!
also, once again, is there any media player for mac os x that can play mister epic's encodes? VLC can sort of play them but it fucks up at the drop of a hat and seeking is nearly impossible. it would be cool if i could watch this site's movies without changing operating systems.
I don't own a Mac, but maybe if you try using MPlayer?

I'm having problems watching my own encodes using VLC. That's why I'm now using Media Player Classic. This software reads them perfectly.
Nope. I used the DeDup plugin (for AviSynth) to remove duplicate frames and make the file as small as only 37.7 MB. It makes the video's framerate variable. VLC doesn't seem to be able to read those properly. Even Windows Media Player can do it better!
This thread is ridiculous so I am locking it, unlocking it, moving it to gruefood, and then moving it into PS emulators, submitting it as a Battle Chess run, coloring a dinosaur, eating it for breakfast, and... wait, what was I doing?
I've encoded the stuff, but I still have to tell my opinion about that.
I still own this game by the way.
The first 07:33.17 is a bit boring, since it's all about the tutorial. But after that, it gets epic since you kill the game's luck system!
