In the Japanese version of Pokémon Red and Green: Do the item underflow glitch in conjunction with the select button glitch. We can get the Bicycle early and a surfboard (displayed as ?????). 6 pinpoints to Voltorb, Pay Day, and the Bicycle. 7 pinpoints to Nidoking, Fire Punch, and the surfboard. Perform the item underflow glitch. Place the Pokémon you want to change an item with in the sixth slot. Place the item you want to change in the first slot. Enter battle, switch to the sixth Pokémon. Go to items, highlight the first item, scroll down 94 times, press select, press B. Go to fight, highlight a move you don't need and press select, press select, press B. Go to items, highlight the first item, scroll down 93 times, press select, press B. Go to fight, highlight the changed move and press select, press select, press B. Now defeat or run away from the wild Pokémon.

A smart idea to turn off the music so that you won't get demonetized.

Pokémon Yellow ACE Team Typewriter idea: Writes 404 bytes to party data, writes 1122 bytes to box data 12 times. Takes about 4 minutes and after it's all said and done, takes you to the hall of fame. Takes approximately 5 minutes. Not viable for TAS submissions, but suitable for user movies. Pokemon Stadium TAS FTW! Now to get that save tool worked on.

You can get the elusive surfboard item in the Japanese Red and Green. Go to your inventory, press select on an unneeded item, go into battle, highlight Fire Punch, and press Select. Now you can surf at any time. You need a Hitmonchan in order to do it. You can also get an 8F item this way, but it's with the move Confusion.

A TAS involving sequence breaks would be unconventional and would probably be a candidate for the playground. Requirements: Pokemon Stadium 2, Pokemon Red/Blue, Pokemon Yellow (Multi-disk bundler, 2 controllers, 2 Transfer Paks), and a way to rip the save to use it in GBHawk. Verification: In Pokemon Stadium 2, beat all of Round 1. Start Pokemon Red/Blue, either do the Mew glitch, teach Mew Dig, Cut, Fly, and Strength, have a Fresh Water in the inventory, save at a Pokemon Center. Start Pokemon Yellow, catch Pidgey, save at a Pokemon Center. Deposit the Fresh Water to the Color Case, trade Pidgey and Mew, withdraw the Fresh Water from the Color Case. Beat the Round 2 Prime Cup with Pikachu on the team. After Pikachu learns Surf, return to title screen. Finally, upload the verification movie. Sequence breaks: We can skip getting the S.S. Ticket, Rock Tunnel, and the Safari Zone with this setup. It allows us to skip at least 20 trainers which will make it harder. Thank goodness for Gen I misses. We can't use Mupen64-rr as it is (attempting to record from now in Mupen64-rr may show an error message in-game). The Ares 64 Accuracy core in BizHawk will have to be used to set up the verification movie. DV manipulation for Pikachu is recommended during setup.

GBHawkLink can't play audio from multiple Gameboys and it needs to be fixed.

My sincerest apologies. I am just... Trading high scores in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe is one of 35 photos in the album. A 100% run of the game includes the second player showing off to get the maximum score and doing the 1-up trick. Pokemon TCG Card Pop! to get the 2 elusive cards to bring the total to 228.

I accessed the high score screen on Super Mario Bros. Deluxe and went to trade high scores, but it still doesn't work. It's been 24 years and it's still not implemented in emulators to this day. It's not that hard to emulate these days. If I wanna do Mystery Gift in Generation II Pokemon games, I don't wanna be limited to Pokemon Stadium 2. No more excuses. This has to change.

You can skip two pendants and the first Agahnim fight by using the mirror glitch in the overworld. There's a glitch that lets you jump into Death Mountain skipping the Power Glove. Skipping the Power Glove? You'll get the Titan's Mitt anyway. There's a way to skip to Ganon, but you may need the Silver Arrows. Using select buffering in a TAS is for human theory TASes. My "no exploration glitch" path: Skip the Sword and Shield, get the Bow, beat the first boss. Get the Pegasus Boots, get the Book of Mudora. Glitch to Death Mountain, get the Magic Mirror, get the Moon Pearl. Do the mirror glitch, get a Bottle. Get the Tempered Sword. Get the Flute, awaken the duck. Buy a Cure-All Medicine, get the Zora Flippers. Do the fake flute glitch, Get the Magic Hammer, get the first crystal. Get the Ether Medallion, Get the Titan's Mitt, get the fourth crystal, Get the Fire Rod, get the third crystal. Get the fifth crystal. Get the Cane of Somaria, get the sixth crystal. Get the Ice Rod. Get the Hookshot, get the second crystal. Get the seventh crystal. Defeat the second Agahnim fight, Defeat Ganon, get the triforce. Getting the Tempered Sword I think stops showing the message to go to Hyrule Castle... This would be an improvement of an existing TAS, but whether it would obsolete the old TAS or the new TAS would be of a different branch is up for the judges to decide.

The floor collision in the PAL version works differently as the 2A07 processor handles things slightly different to the 2A03 in the NTSC version.

There are 255 rounds in the game, but the ending is after 99 are completed. We could go for 255 rounds for full completion, but what about the VS mode?

The My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic comic book series will be concluded after 102 issues. There's gonna be a new comic book miniseries called My Little Pony Generations. We're soon to be seeing G5 My Little Pony.

Crystal Clear 2.3 has an even faster route as you can choose a city to start in. Pikachu is slightly OP in UU because of the Light Ball. But for any speedrun, Seel is god tier compared to anything else. It's safe to disable music and that annoying low HP sound. Start in Goldenrod City with a Seel, enable instant text and all essentials. Instant transition in Pokedex and don't view entry upon capture. Disable phone calls. Get Kenya, get Dodrio, you get the idea. You could use a custom starter. (Mewtwo with Psychic, Dynamic Punch, Fire Blast, and Thunder. Max IVs and holding a Lucky Egg. Super OP and game-breaking)

This also applies to Sega Genesis. For cheat codes on Super Gameboy, use the SameBoy core.

Using different languages are always discounted in the matter of frames, but I agree with the statement of the European version taking 1 second longer with the language select screen. I'll refrain from voting.
