There are PC games that use CDs and PC games that use DVDs. There are games that require the disc to be in the drive. There are games that discs are optional. There are games that have multiple discs. I found out these tools that I recommend using; **removed** // Warepire I used multiple virtual drives and multiple ISO images for some games like Wing Commander: Prophecy. Having multiple virtual drive is actually beneficial in some areas like not needing to change discs and reading faster than actual disc drives. Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 users that use Hourglass should use these tools.

That was amazing. I would like to see a TAS of the Game Boy version as well.

I watched the TAS of the N64 version years back, and I say the TAS of the GameCube version will be great. I can't wait to see it once it's submitted. Keep up the good work.

*sigh* here goes. *inhale* Hasbro is hit by a lawsuit be Font Brothers America over the unauthorized use of the "Generation B" font. More of it could be read here.

The VC version of Pokemon Snap allows you to save photos on the Wii Message Board. It replaces the printing feature where you take the game pak to a Pokemon Snap Station.

I took advantage of this in my TAS of Snoopy's Magic Show on the Game Boy. I'll probably submit it on Enterplayment and maybe upload an encode on Dailymotion. Whatever, 30fps games can be easier to TAS than 60fps games. Zelda: Ocarina of Time runs at 20fps, with menus at 30fps. Emulation of OoT runs at the same speed as the GameCube version. But Majora's Mask on emulators are emulated almost perfectly, with the exception of the GameCube version. I must be going off-topic. Anyway, Pokemon runs at 30fps with inputs at 60fps. Zelda: Four Swords Adventures runs at 60fps, but slows down on PC hardware due to having so many sprites. Speaking of slowdown, Starcraft 64 goes sluggish whenever the AI script 'Issue all units on random suicide missions' is called. The poor N64 can't keep up even with the speed set to max. There are a few missions on Starcraft 64 that benefit with the higher speed.

Do Princess Dream of Magic Sheep and Canterlot Boutique airs one week before Valentines Day. I would not want to see Scare Master. I don't know why Discovery Family won't show season 5 episodes during weekday mornings until season 6 premieres. They showed season 3 episodes of Littlest Pet Shop during the weekdays after the season 3 finale. Why can't they do the same with My Little Pony? Remember back when I said season 4 might be the last? That is the case with LPS. MLP had 88 episodes in the rotation since Discovery Family first started. Why can't they just do like what everybody expects. It's like "So much for Scare Master and Littlest Pet Shop of Horrors being aired at the same time...wait, there's always Halloween." I mean, airing a Halloween episode of a TV show during Valentines Day doesn't seem appropriate for a holiday about romance. I can keep ranting on about it, but you get the gist.

I think implementing 32X emulation is a low priority. GenPlus-GX was used. I was thinking about porting Kega Fusion core to BizHawk like I wanted Project 64 1.7 beta to be ported providing asking for the source code.

Wish we could TAS this game as well as a few others on BizHawk.

Between seasons.
Speaking of which, Littlest Pet Shop will begin its mid-season break after the next episode. I don't know why some conversations die down. It's not like that they won't start back up until the next MLP commercial on Discovery Family. I'm hoping that on February 3 that they start showing episodes from Season 5 on weekday mornings (sans Scare Master and Hearthbreakers)

It is possible to do a 2-Player Newgame+ by using only Jugem's Clouds, Music Boxes, and Hammers. Occasionally opening shortcuts to conserve items. With only a 56-item limit between players, it can be feasible. But that method seems arbitrary, don't you think so?

It is possible to farm P-Wings early on. The fastest way to do it is to defeat Boom-Boom, so that the lock is unlocked every time you save and reload your file. Every time you unlock a new world, the map data resets so that it only applies to the highest world reached. So if you save & quit in world 6, load game in world 2, and save & quit in world 4, the map data for world 6 doesn't get overwritten.

This is a great game for all the Trekkies out there. You'll be flying in space trying to complete your mission. You'll be graded on how well you did on the mission. After 5 missions are done, you'll advance to the next level if you did good enough. After succeeding all 4 levels, you graduate. There's also a Simulation mode where you engage in combat, and there's also scenarios based from the movies and TV. You can also play a 2-Player game, have fun beating up the other player. Doing a TAS of this game is not a bad idea. It's possible to do it in about an hour. The only drawback of speedrunning this game is that you have to go to the password screen after completing a mission. The first mission lasts about 90 seconds. Later missions can take 3-5 minutes.

Also, FWIW, album completion requires you to play against another player in VS. mode.
That's why I created a verification movie. Unfortunately the infrared function isn't implemented yet. If we get it implemented, then a 100% TAS is possible. There are a few TASes that used SRAM like Super Mario Kart. But that was old stuff.

Getting 100% completion which requires beating the original game twice (warped and warp-less), getting all red coins, the target score, all Yoshi eggs, max score using the aforementioned trick in 3-1, Black Boo in all Vs. courses, beating the Lost Levels warp-less, and completing the album. If you want to do a TAS that goes for the end credits in the fastest time, do it from the beginning. Link to video Link to video These two videos compare the different versions. The US/European versions require using death as a shortcut, while the Japanese version does not. Use the Japanese version as it's about 27 seconds faster than the US/European versions.

What if Final Fantasy IV had ponies? There'll be plentiful of ponies in-game. The two ponies enter town and sees a scared filly. A monster attacks, the ponies get separated. The ponies were escaping from monsters, but found them trapped with no way out. Doors are locked and walls closing in. Two fillies sacrifice themselves by turning into statues to stop the walls. Which allows the remainder ponies to pick the lock and be free. Near the end of the game, the ponies head to moon where they would face Nightmare Moon. And during the battle, Princess Celestia uses an ultra powerful spell in which by sacrificing herself, so that she would kill Nightmare Moon. This would be amazing. Also, I would like to see Pony Fantasy VI ported to RPG Maker 2003.

It is impossible to do the lap glitch on Mario Circuit 1. Of all the courses, 7 tracks don't give you the feather. In the prototype, running into a pipe while invincible has the same effect as using a feather. I wonder if it's possible to do the lap glitch on Mario Circuit 1 in the prototype.

I would like to see a TAS of this game by getting 9,999 lines. Although getting 1,000+ lines in-game, the leaderboard caps it off at 999 lines.

In regards to Closed Captioning on the Hub Network/Discovery Family, here are some examples; The villain Nightmare Moon was originally spelled out as Night Mare Moon, but the captions say otherwise. For the opening sequences: Most episodes:
🎵 MY LITTLE PONY 🎵
-
 🎵 MY LITTLE PONY 🎵
-
🎵 AH-AH-AH-AH 🎵

Some Season 4 episodes:
🎵 MY LITTLE PONY
MY LITTLE PONY 🎵
-
🎵 AHHHHHHH 🎵
-
🎵 (UPBEAT) 🎵
Right after "I used to wonder what friendship can be"; First half of Season 1
🎵 MY LITTLE PONY 🎵

-
🎵 UNTIL YOU SHARED
THIS MAGIC WITH ME🎵
It was later corrected to "Until you shared its magic with me". With the ponies: After "Big adventure" and "Tons of fun"; Seasons 1, 2 (first half), 4 (premiere), 5
🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART
FAITHFUL AND STRONG 🎵
A Bird in a Hoof:
🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART 🎵

         🎵 FAITHFUL AND STRONG 🎵
Scrolling text experiment:
>> 🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART FAITHFUL
AND STRONG 🎵
Scrolling text:
>> 🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART 🎵
🎵 FAITHFUL AND STRONG 🎵
Scrolling text later:
>> 🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART 🎵
>> 🎵 FAITHFUL AND STRONG 🎵
Some Season 4 episodes:
🎵 A BEAUTIFUL HEART 🎵
-
🎵 FAITHFUL AND STRONG 🎵
There's a glitch with the scrolling text during the line "Sharing kindness". They fixed it, but the fix was only used on Too Many Pinkie Pies. After "And magic makes it all complete": Typical:
🎵 YEAH, MY LITTLE PONY 🎵
A few episodes (actual lyrics):
🎵 YOU HAVE MY LITTLE PONIES 🎵
Some Season 4 episodes:
🎵 MY LITTLE PONIES 🎵
Zecora's name was spelled out "Zakora" until Stare Master. Bon Bon's name is used in the DVD version of Call of the Cutie. Pinkamena Diane Pie's first name was spelled out "Pinkamina". Also, Amending Fences spelled Pinkie Pie as "Pinky Pie". Same to be spelled put that way on the Princess Promenade, including the credits. On The Best Night Ever, Soarin's name was spelled out Soren. Appleloosa was spelled out "Appaloosa" except for The Cutie Map. A Season 5 episode is titled Appleoosa's Most Wanted. Derpy's name is still being typed out in The Last Roundup despite the change to that one scene. "Twily", "Twiley", and "Twilie" are three spellings of Twilight Sparkle's nickname by Shining Armor. On Apple Family Reunion, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle's names were spelled out "Scooter Loo" and "Sweetie Bell" respectively. The latter misspelling was seen in the credits of Just for Sidekicks. Earlier in the episode where Apple Bloom is naming cities, the mention of Manehattan, the captions display "[ speaking German ]". Griffon was spelled out "Gryphon" on It Ain't Easy Being Breezies. In Castle Sweet Castle, Sonic Rainboom was spelled out "Sonic Rain Boom". Moondancer is now spelled out Moon Dancer since Season 5. Cadance is sometimes spelled out "Cadence" in some episodes and Friendship Games. On the Hub Network, Three's a Crowd aired before Pinkie Pride and her name used both spellings on their respective episodes. On Discovery Family, the latter airs right before the former. Which is also a fact that the Hub aired episodes in broadcast order, and Discovery Family airs them in production order. Hearthbreakers aired before Scare Master in broadcast order, something that Discovery Family normally doesn't do. Recently, Scare Master aired between Canterlot Boutique and Rarity Investigates, in production order. Which was a mishap on iTunes. Nightmare Moon is referred to as Princess Luna on The Cutie Re-Mark.

I'm thinking of doing a ponified encode as there is a ponified hack in the works. I'll start the encode just as soon as the graphics and text were modified. Imagine Princess Celestia going warp speed.

I have a desktop computer with 64-bit Windows 10. I also have a tablet with 32-bit Windows 10. There are some 32-bit Windows games that won't run on 64-bit Windows.
