I could do a playaround TAS of this game, get a starting Mudkip to support the meme, have Pikachu as my partner 'cause it's my favorite Pokemon, take about 3-4 hours to beat the game, take 10-12 hours to beat the after part (complete all dungeons, recruit all Pokemon, get rescue rank Lucario, complete all events, meet Munchlax takes even longer) (btw my nickname is McWave as seen in the submission info on my Pokemon Crazy Drummer TAS)

I was going to vote, but a desync happened level 5-2. The same thing happened to me in Rocman X in level 6-1, which started the run with one version before finishing with another (same thing that happened with Action 52) Version of Emulator: SNES9x 1.51 rerecording v6 Make a save state right at the end of level 5-2.

This one is slower than Mechakoopa_DTTVB's run by 57/100 second. Why? see here: http://tasvideos.org/697S.html

Trojan program Trojan-GameThief.Win32.Nilage.hmo has been detected in lua51.dll according to an anti-virus program (Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for example) Removal of the dll renders the emulator unusable. Convert FCM's of the runs used with FCEU-rr 0.98.28 for use with FCEUX, don't convert the ones used with older versions of FCEU-rr (i.e. 0.98.12), instead download the matching emulator. As the Battletoads run will desync in newer versions of the emulator than the one used.

This game would have to be played through three times in order to get the gold medal.

Playing from predefined save: EEPROM/SRAM/Flash: Include the save file to download and use the reset recording variant of the emulator. Savestate: Include the savestate required to view the movie. Mempak: Include the mempak file and have the controller connected with mempak.

This is awesome. The new glitch manipulating the items and such, like using the wrong color palettes. Yes vote.

Yeah, you would be about a million points short of the maximum by the end of level 255, as the level reverts to 0. It would end by getting to level 27 for the second time, by that time you will have 99999999 points and 2700 lines.

Competition Tetris is a minor hack of Tetris, which the score can display up to 8 digits. This game will be used for competitions. This will be a future RetroZone product. I would like to see a run that aims for 99999999 points.

The cursor speeds for the battle and the repair sequences should be set to 10 in the options.

It would be possible to do a port comparison TAS of Gradius II (The Famicom version and the PC Engine version) using the same emulator. It is unknown if Mednafen rerecording will be acceptable for NES TASes.

Do a 2-player run with only 2 moves or not do it at all. Cheating is disallowed in chess tournaments.

Play from a predefined save with at least 8 stars or with a patch that gives you 24 stars. Hold A and press Start to start from World A.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 is much more worse than the 2010 version. It prevents Gens from running.

We'll have to wait for Life of Guardians to be finished in order for it to be TAS-able. in Rescue Rangers Start with text to FAST and battle scene OFF and battle style SHIFT (or SET if you want to take chances). Train the Pikachu to like Level 7, raise Chikorita's level to 8. Pikachu is useless against Manectric. Use Chikorita's Razor Leaf. To use Focus Energy or not to use Focus Energy. That is the question when fighting Absol. Pikachu's Thundershock is most effective against Gengar. Static is very helpful indeed. Use Chikorita's Razor Leaf against Regirock. Change battle style to SET right before the battle with team Greenleaf. Raise Torchic to Level 10 and use Ember against team Greenleaf. Use Pikachu to zap Aerodactyl. Pikachu and Torchic vs 6 Scyther. You don't get running ability until the race. Use Torchic against the Ice Tauros. Use Dratini's Thunder Wave and Twister against Rayquaza. Use Toxic on Angeallen to wear him down. Fight Celebi if you want more XP. The training stages are repetitive, but definitely get the Light Ball. After you complete the Shaymin mission, go see Groudon. He'll make a great addition to the team. Only if there are Repel in this hack, I would catch a Level 60 Pokemon at the tower of fate, and use a rare candy on it and put it on the lead to avoid encounters.

The Pokemon Ruby Destiny is a series of game hacks of the 3rd-Generation main games. The first hack in the series Reign of Legends is set in the land of Gento. This hack has revisions to the routes/cities/etc. you know by heart, with some newly made ones. The early placements of trainers and such are pretty much the same as the non-hacked original game. Nice to have the addition of 4th-Generation Pokemon in the mix. New gyms and gym leaders with changes to the trainer data makes this a great experience. The second hack Rescue Rangers is inspired by the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series. You do rescue missions, do some exploration, you get to meet more friends along the way. Has multiple endings, twists to the plot, close to 50 episodes, and a surprise attack after you beat the game. The third hack Life of Guardians is set in the land of Hevah. You'll be on a quest to save the world from the Dark Organization. There's not much to tell you about this game 'cause I never played it.
